中國(guó)艾滋病問題的社會(huì)建構(gòu)過程研究

【摘要】： 艾滋病在中國(guó)蔓延了二十二年。學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)艾滋病的討論已經(jīng)發(fā)生了從醫(yī)學(xué)視角向人文科學(xué)視角的轉(zhuǎn)向,但即使是在人文科學(xué)的視野中,對(duì)于艾滋病在中國(guó)情境中的建構(gòu)過程長(zhǎng)期以來尚缺乏細(xì)致深入的研究。本文以社會(huì)建構(gòu)論為理論范式,指出艾滋病問題不是僅僅以一種社會(huì)客體的形式存在著,也不是獨(dú)立地存在于某一社會(huì)狀況之中,而是作為一個(gè)社會(huì)過程而存在的,是社會(huì)行動(dòng)者和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化因素共同作用的產(chǎn)物。本文從不同的社會(huì)行動(dòng)者對(duì)艾滋病問題的建構(gòu)以及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化因素對(duì)艾滋病問題的建構(gòu)這兩個(gè)層面,對(duì)中國(guó)艾滋病問題的社會(huì)建構(gòu)過程進(jìn)行了研究。 在社會(huì)行動(dòng)者方面,本文選取艾滋病人或感染者、大眾媒體和政府這三個(gè)有代表性的群體作為對(duì)象,考察了艾滋病人或感染者關(guān)于身份的建構(gòu)、媒體關(guān)于話語(yǔ)的建構(gòu)以及政府在公共利益和個(gè)人利益之間的博弈,并指出當(dāng)前在艾滋病人或感染者缺場(chǎng)的狀態(tài)下,媒體和政府以強(qiáng)大的主流話語(yǔ)影響著公眾對(duì)艾滋病的態(tài)度。 在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化因素方面,認(rèn)為貧困雖然不是艾滋病產(chǎn)生的直接原因,卻是艾滋病蔓延的一個(gè)重要的因素,而艾滋病的流行更是加重了貧困的深度和廣度。艾滋病和其它許多疾病一樣是與人類一定的社會(huì)文化行為密切相關(guān)的,人類對(duì)于艾滋病的認(rèn)識(shí)也充滿了社會(huì)文化意義:這一方面是由于艾滋病的流行是與人類的各種社會(huì)文化行為以及社會(huì)文化關(guān)系密切相關(guān),另一方面不同社會(huì)文化信仰、理念、價(jià)值觀又構(gòu)成了人類對(duì)艾滋病的重要認(rèn)識(shí)背景。本文從民族文化意義下的艾滋病、性文化意義下的艾滋病、社會(huì)性別意義下的艾滋病以及道德意義下的艾滋病四方面分別進(jìn)行了闡述,指出正是這些因素交織在一起構(gòu)成了中國(guó)艾滋病流行的重要背景。 要解決艾滋病問題,答案必須在艾滋病建構(gòu)的過程中去尋找,因此,人們應(yīng)當(dāng)通過社會(huì)再協(xié)商的過程來達(dá)成對(duì)艾滋病問題的再建構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:AIDS has spread in China for 22 years. The discussion of AIDS in academic circles has changed from the medical perspective to the humanities perspective, but even in the field of the humanities, the construction process of AIDS in the Chinese context has been lack of detailed and in-depth research for a long time. Taking the social constructivism as the theoretical paradigm, this paper points out that the AIDS problem does not exist only in the form of a social object, nor does it exist independently in a certain social situation, but as a social process. It is the product of social actors and social economic and cultural factors. This paper studies the process of social construction of AIDS in China from two aspects: the construction of AIDS by different social actors and the construction of AIDS by social economic and cultural factors. In the aspect of social actors, this paper selects three representative groups of AIDS patients, people infected with AIDS, mass media and government as the object, and examines the identity construction of AIDS patients or people infected with AIDS. The media about the construction of discourse and the game between public interest and personal interest point out that the media and government influence the public attitude to AIDS with powerful mainstream discourse. In terms of social economic and cultural factors, it is considered that although poverty is not the direct cause of AIDS, it is an important factor in the spread of AIDS, and the spread of AIDS has aggravated the depth and breadth of poverty. AIDS, like many other diseases, is closely related to human social and cultural behavior. Human understanding of AIDS is also full of sociocultural significance: on the one hand, the epidemic of AIDS is closely related to human social and cultural behavior and social and cultural relations, on the other hand, different sociocultural beliefs and ideas, Values constitute the important background of human understanding of AIDS. This paper expounds the four aspects of AIDS in the sense of national culture, AIDS in the sense of sexual culture, AIDS in the sense of social gender and AIDS in the sense of morality. It is pointed out that these factors are intertwined together to form an important background for the AIDS epidemic in China. In order to solve the AIDS problem, the answer must be found in the process of AIDS construction. Therefore, people should reach the reconstruction of AIDS problem through the process of social renegotiation.
