【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院感染現(xiàn)患率,分析相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素,以便加強(qiáng)臨床預(yù)防措施。方法通過(guò)橫斷面調(diào)查方法,對(duì)某醫(yī)院住院患者醫(yī)院感染現(xiàn)患率狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析。結(jié)果實(shí)查住院患者602例,發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染34例,現(xiàn)患率為5.65%。醫(yī)院感染部位以下呼吸道為主,占41.18%,泌尿道感染占17.65%。調(diào)查當(dāng)日,感染患者病原學(xué)標(biāo)本送檢率為52.94%,抗菌藥物使用率為56.31%。結(jié)論該醫(yī)院住院患者醫(yī)院感染現(xiàn)患率較高,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)重點(diǎn)科室、重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)監(jiān)控與防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection and analyze the related risk factors in order to strengthen clinical preventive measures. Methods the prevalence of nosocomial infection in inpatients in a hospital was investigated and analyzed by cross-sectional investigation. There were 602 inpatients and 34 patients with nosocomial infection. The incidence rate was 5.65. Nosocomial infection occurred mainly in respiratory tract (41.18%), urinary tract infection (17.65%). On the day of investigation, the rate of pathogenic specimens was 52.94 and the utilization rate of antimicrobial agents was 56.31. Conclusion the present rate of nosocomial infection of inpatients in this hospital is high, so we should strengthen the monitoring and control of key departments and key links.
