【摘要】：目的了解并評(píng)價(jià)衡陽(yáng)市居民乙肝病毒表面抗原(hepatitis B surface antigens,HBsAg)攜帶率和抗體流行情況。方法于2012年6~7月采用多階段隨機(jī)抽樣方法,抽取石鼓區(qū)、常寧市2個(gè)縣(市區(qū))7個(gè)鄉(xiāng)7個(gè)村1 044名1~59歲人群,進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和血標(biāo)本采集,由湖南省疾病預(yù)防控制中心統(tǒng)一檢測(cè)HBsAg、乙型肝炎表面抗體(抗-HBs)2項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果衡陽(yáng)市居民乙肝HBsAg攜帶率為6.13%,10歲以下兒童已降至1.21%,HBsAg攜帶率隨著年齡的增加而增長(zhǎng),農(nóng)民HBsAg攜帶率高于其它職業(yè)人群。不同性別、地區(qū)、文化程度人群間無(wú)差異。衡陽(yáng)市居民乙肝抗-HBs陽(yáng)性率為54.21%,不同性別、年齡、地區(qū)、職業(yè)、文化程度人群間均無(wú)差異。結(jié)論衡陽(yáng)市乙肝防治已達(dá)到衛(wèi)生部《2006-2010年全國(guó)乙型病毒性肝炎防治規(guī)劃》中提出的總體目標(biāo),但乙肝防治任務(wù)依然艱巨,仍需加強(qiáng)新生兒乙肝疫苗接種策略,做好圍產(chǎn)期母嬰阻斷;進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)成人健康教育與健康促進(jìn),提倡知情自愿自費(fèi)接種乙肝疫苗。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and evaluate the prevalence of hepatitis B virus surface antigen (hepatitis B surface antigens,HBsAg) in residents of Hengyang city. Methods from June to July, 2012, 1 044 individuals aged from 1 to 59 years old from 7 villages in 7 villages in 2 counties of Changning city were sampled by multi-stage random sampling method, and blood samples were collected by questionnaire survey. HBsAg, hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs) was detected by Hunan Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Results the carrying rate of hepatitis B HBsAg in the residents of Hengyang city was 6.13 and below 10 years old. The carrying rate of hepatitis B HBsAg among the children under 10 years old had decreased to 1.21. The carrying rate of HBsAg in farmers was higher than that in other occupational groups with the increase of age. There was no difference between different sex, region and education level. The positive rate of HBV anti-HBs was 54.21 in Hengyang city. There was no difference among different sex, age, area, occupation and education level. Conclusion the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B in Hengyang City has reached the overall goal of the National Plan for the Prevention and treatment of viral Hepatitis B from 2006 to 2010, but the task of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B is still arduous, so it is still necessary to strengthen the vaccination strategy of hepatitis B vaccine for newborns. Do well perinatal period mother and child block; Further strengthen adult health education and health promotion, promote informed voluntary vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine.
