天津市2～6歲兒童第二類疫苗接種現(xiàn)況分析

【摘要】：目的了解天津市2~6歲兒童第二類疫苗的接種特征,為科學(xué)管理第二類疫苗提供依據(jù)。方法選取天津市541 194名2~6歲兒童為研究對象,分析其第二類疫苗接種情況。結(jié)果水痘減毒活疫苗、b型流行性感冒(流感)嗜血桿菌結(jié)合疫苗、口服輪狀病毒減毒活疫苗、23價肺炎球菌多糖疫苗、流感疫苗以及7價肺炎球菌結(jié)合疫苗的接種率分別為78.31%、64.16%、47.99%、35.83%、10.96%和3.38%,6種第二類疫苗平均接種率為40.11%,不同疫苗接種率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。市區(qū)、近郊的接種率高于郊縣;不同年齡組之間疫苗接種率差異也有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;多劑次免疫程序的第二類疫苗全程接種率較低。結(jié)論目前天津市第二類疫苗的接種率仍處于較低水平,需要進(jìn)一步采取措施提高接種率,形成有效的免疫保護(hù)屏障。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the vaccination characteristics of the second type vaccine for children aged 2 to 6 years old in Tianjin, and to provide scientific basis for the management of the second type vaccine. Methods A total of 541,194 children aged 2 to 6 years old in Tianjin were selected to analyze the second type vaccination. Results varicella attenuated live vaccine, Haemophilus influenzae type b combined vaccine, oral rotavirus attenuated live vaccine, 23 valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine, The inoculation rates of influenza vaccine and 7-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine were 78.31 and 64.16, respectively. The average coverage rates of the six type II vaccines were 40.11%, 47.99% and 35.83%, 10.96% and 3.38%, respectively. The difference of vaccination rate among different vaccines was statistically significant. In urban areas, the coverage rate in suburbs was higher than that in suburban counties, and the difference of vaccination rates among different age groups was also statistically significant. The second type vaccine coverage rate of multi-dose and sub-immunization program was lower than that of suburban counties. Conclusion at present, the vaccination rate of the second type vaccine in Tianjin is still at a low level, so it is necessary to take further measures to improve the coverage rate and form an effective immune protection barrier.
