【摘要】：目的:本次研究是應(yīng)用免疫學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)的方法尋找河南省立克次體存在的證據(jù),在群的水平對(duì)河南省立克次體的分布、分類進(jìn)行一次本底調(diào)查,以初步了解河南省立克次體的感染流行情況。 方法:選取河南省有典型地貌特點(diǎn)的地區(qū),采集發(fā)熱病人的血清、鼠血清以及鼠脾臟,利用微量免疫熒光的方法測(cè)定血清中立克次體IgG,并利用PCR法選取屬特異性引物檢測(cè)鼠脾臟中的立克次體。 結(jié)果: 1.采集到發(fā)熱病人血清500份,捕鼠476只、刺猬、獾各一只。 2.對(duì)發(fā)熱病人血清IgG的檢測(cè):檢測(cè)出莫氏立克次體IgG陽(yáng)性174例,陽(yáng)性率為34.8%;檢測(cè)出普氏立克次體IgG陽(yáng)性75例,陽(yáng)性率為15%;檢測(cè)到恙蟲病立克次體IgG陽(yáng)性25例,陽(yáng)性率為5%。 3.對(duì)135份鼠血清IgG檢測(cè):Q熱陽(yáng)性25份,陽(yáng)性率為18.51%。陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本主要來自丘陵、濕地、山地。立氏立克次體陽(yáng)性23份,陽(yáng)性率為17.04%,各生境中分布一致。普氏立克次體陽(yáng)性10份,陽(yáng)性率為7.41%,陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本主要來自丘陵、山地。 4.對(duì)鼠脾臟利用PER方法檢測(cè):共檢出恙蟲病立克次體3份。分布在靈寶和汝南縣。 意義 本次研究是河南省首次對(duì)立克次體在河南省的分布及感染
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the distribution and classification of Rickettsia in Henan Province at the group level by using immunological and molecular biology methods to find the evidence of the existence of Rickettsia in Henan Province. To understand the epidemic situation of Rickettsia in Henan Province. Methods: the febrile patient's serum, mouse serum and rat spleen were collected from typical landform areas of Henan Province. The Rickettsia IgG, in serum was determined by microimmunofluorescence method. The genus specific primers were selected by PCR to detect Rickettsia in mouse spleen. Results: 1. A total of 500 serum samples were collected from fever patients, 476 rat catchers, 1 hedgehog and 1 badger. 2. The detection of serum IgG in febrile patients showed that 174 cases of Rickettsia mori IgG were positive, and the positive rate was 34.8.The positive rate of Rickettsia pullback IgG was 75 cases, the positive rate was 15%. 25 cases of Rickettsia tsutsugamushi were positive for IgG, and the positive rate was 5%. 3. The serum IgG of 135 mice was detected: Q fever was positive in 25 cases, and the positive rate was 18.51%. Positive specimens are mainly from hills, wetlands and mountains. The positive rate of Rickettsia Rickettsiae was 17.040.The distribution of Rickettsia Rickettsiae in different habitats was the same. There were 10 positive samples of Rickettsia przewalskii, and the positive rate was 7.41%. 4. Three Rickettsia tsutsugamushi strains were detected by PER. Distributed in Lingbao and Runan County. The significance of this study is the distribution and infection of Rickettsia in Henan Province for the first time.
