【摘要】：目的探尋揚(yáng)州市廣陵區(qū)1983-2016年麻疹的人群分布特征。方法采用描述性方法對1983-2016年廣陵區(qū)人群麻疹發(fā)病率、出生隊(duì)列麻疹發(fā)病密度進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果廣陵區(qū)1983-2016年共報(bào)告麻疹422例,年均發(fā)病率為3.40/10萬,各年發(fā)病率在0.00/10萬(1985年)-22.80/10萬(2005年)之間(趨勢x2=51.96,P=0.00)。觀察出生隊(duì)列滿40歲的麻疹發(fā)病密度從1941-1945年出生人群的0.48/10萬人年上升到1971-1975年的8.52/10萬人年(趨勢x2=84.81,P=0.00)。年齡別麻疹年均發(fā)病率從0-4歲的16.99/10萬下降到≥55歲的0.05/10萬(趨勢x2=309.74,P=0.00);0-9歲、15-49歲兩個(gè)高發(fā)年齡段的年均發(fā)病率分別為4.98/10萬-16.99/10萬、1.83/10萬-4.54/10萬。2005-2016年男女發(fā)病率比值為0.99,并從0-7月齡的2.09下降到10-19歲的0.39、≥50歲的0.32(r=-0.80,t=3.25,P0.05)。結(jié)論廣陵區(qū)1983-2016年麻疹發(fā)病呈周期波動趨勢,以低齡兒童、育齡期人群(特別是女性)發(fā)病率高。建議給育齡期人群增加1劑含麻疹成分疫苗接種。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the population distribution of measles in Guangling District of Yangzhou City from 1983 to 2016. Methods the incidence of measles and the density of measles in birth cohort were analyzed by descriptive method in Guangling area from 1983 to 2016. Results 422 measles cases were reported in Guangling District from 1983 to 2016, with an average annual incidence rate of 34.0% / 100 000. The annual incidence rate ranged from 0.0010 000 (1985) to 22.80% (2005) (trend x 21.96% P0. 00). The incidence of measles in the population aged 40 years in the birth cohort increased from 0.48 / 100 thousand in 1941-1945 to 8.52 / 100 thousand in 1971-1975 (trend x 24.81% P0.00).
