【摘要】：目的比較4種不同手衛(wèi)生制劑的消毒效果。方法將120名醫(yī)護(hù)人員隨機(jī)分為4組,每組分別使用手消毒凝膠、潔凈洗手液、抗菌酒精搓手液及透明皂洗手進(jìn)行手衛(wèi)生,比較4種手衛(wèi)生方法的除菌率。結(jié)果手消毒凝膠組除菌率最高,透明皂組除菌率最低,潔凈洗手液組和抗菌酒精搓手液組除菌率無明顯差異。結(jié)論手消毒凝膠、潔凈洗手液、抗菌酒精搓手液及肥皂均能達(dá)到消毒效果,其中手消毒凝膠的效果最好。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the disinfection efficacy of four different hand hygiene preparations. Methods 120 medical staff were randomly divided into 4 groups. Hand sanitizer, clean hand sanitizer, antibacterial alcohol hand rubbing liquid and transparent soap were used to wash hands in each group. The sterilization rate of four hand hygiene methods was compared. Results the sterilization rate of hand disinfection gel group was the highest, and that of transparent soap group was the lowest. There was no significant difference between clean hand sanitizer group and antibacterial alcohol rubbing hand liquid group. Conclusion hand disinfection gel, clean hand sanitizer, antibacterial alcohol hand rubbing liquid and soap can all achieve disinfection effect, among which hand disinfection gel is the best.
