【摘要】：目的研究醫(yī)院重癥監(jiān)護病房(ICU)住院患者導管相關性血流感染的相關因素,為控制和預防感染提供科學依據(jù)。方法通過臨床資料分析方法,對某醫(yī)院ICU住院超過48h采用中心靜脈導管(PICC)的患者發(fā)生導管相關血流感染(CRBSI)危險因素進行研究。結果共調(diào)查該醫(yī)院ICU實施PICC患者306例,共發(fā)生22例CRBSI,感染率為7.19%。老年住院患者、留置時間、APACHEⅡ、導管類型、留置部位等因素與CRBSI具有有相關性(P0.05)。從22例感染患者送檢標本中,檢出的主要病原菌為凝固酶陰性葡萄球菌、大腸埃希菌和真菌,分居前三位。結論 ICU患者導管相關性血流感染相關因素主要有患者年齡,導管留置時間和導管不合理使用等,應采取有效干預措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the related factors of catheter-related blood flow infection in (ICU) inpatients in hospital intensive care unit (ICU), and to provide scientific basis for the control and prevention of infection. Methods the risk factors of catheter-associated blood flow infection (CRBSI) in patients with central venous catheter (PICC) who were hospitalized for more than 48 hours in a hospital were studied by clinical data analysis.
