【摘要】：目的綜合評(píng)價(jià)我國(guó)兒童青少年跌落傷害發(fā)生情況,為預(yù)防兒童青少年跌落傷提供依據(jù)。方法系統(tǒng)檢索中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、維普信息資源系統(tǒng)及PubMed數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),收集2002—2012年收錄的有關(guān)我國(guó)兒童青少年跌落傷害發(fā)生率的文獻(xiàn),采用Meta分析合并發(fā)生率,按照性別、城鄉(xiāng)、研究地區(qū)和傷害標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行亞組分析,并對(duì)結(jié)果行敏感性分析和發(fā)表偏倚的評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果共篩選出符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文獻(xiàn)57篇,總樣本量為755 934人,跌落傷發(fā)生率為6.5%(95%CI:4.7%~8.9%)。亞組分析顯示,跌落傷發(fā)生率男、女童分別為10.2%,6.8%;城市、農(nóng)村分別為6.8%,6.6%;東部、中部、西部地區(qū)分別為5.5%,6.3%,14.3%,性別、城鄉(xiāng)、地區(qū)間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。不同傷害標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。經(jīng)敏感性分析顯示,文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量和研究類型對(duì)結(jié)果改變不大。結(jié)論我國(guó)兒童青少年跌落傷害發(fā)生率在性別、城鄉(xiāng)、研究地區(qū)間存在差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the incidence of fall injury in Chinese children and adolescents and to provide evidence for prevention of falling injury. Methods A systematic search was carried out on China Zhiwang, Wanfang Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Weip Information Resources system and PubMed database, and collected the literature on the incidence of fall injury in Chinese children and adolescents from 2002 to 2012. The incidence rate was analyzed by Meta, subgroup analysis was carried out according to sex, urban and rural areas, study area and injury criteria, and sensitivity analysis and publication bias evaluation were performed to the results. Results A total of 57 articles were selected, the total sample size was 755,934, and the incidence of falling injury was 6.5% (95 CI: 4.7%). Subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of falling injury was 10.26.8in males and 6.8in urban and rural areas, respectively. In the eastern, central and western regions, there were significant differences between the five groups (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in sex, urban and rural areas and regions (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between different injury criteria (P0.05). Sensitivity analysis showed that the quality of literature and the type of research had little effect on the results. Conclusion the incidence of falling injury in Chinese children and adolescents is different in sex, urban and rural areas.
