【摘要】：目的分析遼寧省2009~2013年疑似預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)(Adverse Events Following Immunization,AEFI)的發(fā)生特點(diǎn),評(píng)價(jià)AEFI信息管理系統(tǒng)(Information Management System,AEFIIMS)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)質(zhì)量和上市后疫苗的安全性。方法采用描述流行病學(xué)方法對(duì)遼寧省2009~2013年AEFIIMS個(gè)案數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果遼寧省2009~2013年報(bào)告AEFI5548例。其中一般反應(yīng)占93.35%,異常反應(yīng)占4.74%;治愈或好轉(zhuǎn)的病例占93.96%;發(fā)生在嬰兒的占69.05%;不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生在接種后≤1天的占75.78%。遼寧省2009~2013年預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)估算報(bào)告發(fā)生率為4.49/100萬(wàn)劑~9.14/100萬(wàn)劑。結(jié)論遼寧省2009~2013年AEFIIMS運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)質(zhì)量逐年提高。主要為預(yù)后較好的一般反應(yīng);常發(fā)生在1歲兒童;接種后≤1天;為監(jiān)測(cè)重點(diǎn)。各疫苗預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)估算報(bào)告發(fā)生率低于預(yù)期水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of suspected vaccination abnormal reaction (Adverse Events Following Immunization,AEFI) in Liaoning Province from 2009 to 2013 and to evaluate the operation quality of AEFI information management system (Information Management System,AEFIIMS) and the safety of the vaccine after marketing. Methods the data of AEFIIMS from 2009 to 2013 in Liaoning Province were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results AEFI5548 cases were reported from 2009 to 2013 in Liaoning Province. General reaction accounted for 93.35%, abnormal reaction accounted for 4.74%; cured or improved cases accounted for 93.96%; occurred in infants accounted for 69.05; adverse reactions occurred in less than 1 day after inoculation accounted for 75.78%. The estimated incidence of abnormal vaccination reaction in Liaoning Province from 2009 to 2013 was 4.49 / 1 million ~ 9.14 / 1 million doses. Conclusion the running quality of AEFIIMS in Liaoning Province from 2009 to 2013 has been improved year by year.
