【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)務(wù)人員職業(yè)暴露現(xiàn)狀及危險(xiǎn)因素,提出預(yù)防對(duì)策。方法通過(guò)資料調(diào)查方法,對(duì)某醫(yī)院2008-2012年連續(xù)5年醫(yī)務(wù)人員職業(yè)暴露資料進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析。結(jié)果該醫(yī)院臨床醫(yī)務(wù)人員連續(xù)5年共發(fā)生322例職業(yè)暴露,護(hù)士崗位人員占57.5%,其中銳器傷282例,黏膜暴露40例。在發(fā)生職業(yè)暴露的醫(yī)務(wù)人員中,工作年限在5年以下的人員占60.6%。發(fā)生職業(yè)暴露最多的科室集中在病房,以一次性注射器損傷最多。暴露源以血源性傳染性疾病為主。結(jié)論該醫(yī)院臨床醫(yī)務(wù)人員職業(yè)暴露主要是銳器損傷,以護(hù)士為主,規(guī)范操作行為和嚴(yán)格管理應(yīng)作為重點(diǎn)防護(hù)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation and risk factors of occupational exposure of medical personnel and to put forward preventive measures. Methods the data of occupational exposure of medical staff in a hospital from 2008 to 2012 were investigated and analyzed. Results 322 cases of occupational exposure occurred in the clinical medical staff of the hospital for 5 years in succession. The nurses accounted for 57.5 cases, including 282 cases of sharp instrument injury and 40 cases of mucosal exposure. Among the medical staff exposed to occupational exposure, the number of persons with working life less than 5 years was 66. 6%. The departments with the most occupational exposure were concentrated in the ward, and the disposable syringe injury was the most. The main sources of exposure were blood borne infectious diseases. Conclusion the occupational exposure of clinical medical staff in this hospital is mainly acute injury, mainly nurses, standardized operation behavior and strict management should be taken as the key protective measures.
