不同溫度氯離子溶液對器械銹蝕影響的研究

【摘要】:目的觀察不同溫度氯離子溶液對醫(yī)療器械銹蝕的影響作用,為正確使用和處理再生醫(yī)療器械提供可靠的科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法將符合試驗要求的器械分別浸泡于15、20、25、30、35℃的0.1 125%氯化鈉溶液中,再浸泡2、4、6、8h后,分別觀察器械及溶液的變化;同時設(shè)純水對照。結(jié)果氯離子會導(dǎo)致再生醫(yī)療器械發(fā)生銹蝕,且隨著溫度的升高和浸泡時間的延長,器械銹蝕程度逐漸加重;而浸泡于純水中的器械在不同溫度和時間均未出現(xiàn)銹蝕。結(jié)論正確使用和處理再生醫(yī)療器械可以減少器械發(fā)生銹蝕的概率。
