南昌市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)不同環(huán)境空氣和物體表面消毒現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:目的掌握南昌市各級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)不同環(huán)境空氣和物體表面的消毒衛(wèi)生現(xiàn)狀,分析醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒工作存在的問(wèn)題,提出預(yù)防和控制院內(nèi)感染的對(duì)策。方法按照2002年版《消毒技術(shù)規(guī)范》的方法進(jìn)行采樣和監(jiān)測(cè),結(jié)果依據(jù)GB15982-1995《醫(yī)院消毒衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》進(jìn)行判定。結(jié)果各級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)空氣消毒平均合格率為67.72%,其中市級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)合格率為66.84%,區(qū)縣級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)為73.88%,其他醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)為64.63%;不同環(huán)境中,Ⅰ類(lèi)為100%,Ⅱ類(lèi)為54.56%,Ⅲ類(lèi)為79.04%;物體表面消毒平均合格率為90.86%,其中市級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)為98.99%,區(qū)縣級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)為86.63%,其他醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)為92.09%;不同環(huán)境中,Ⅰ類(lèi)為100%、Ⅱ類(lèi)為94.37%、Ⅲ類(lèi)為90.39%、Ⅳ類(lèi)為80.99%。結(jié)論南昌市不同級(jí)別的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)空氣消毒合格率普遍較低,尤其是農(nóng)村縣區(qū)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)Ⅱ類(lèi)、Ⅲ類(lèi)環(huán)境空氣消毒效果差;物體表面消毒質(zhì)量較好,但仍然存在不足,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督和管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of disinfection of air and surface of objects in various levels of medical institutions in Nanchang, analyze the problems existing in disinfection of medical institutions, and put forward countermeasures to prevent and control nosocomial infection.
