【摘要】： 目的了解紹興市禽類養(yǎng)殖人員人禽流感相關(guān)知識知曉程度，通過禽流感風(fēng)險評估，確定禽流感入侵風(fēng)險等級，為區(qū)域內(nèi)禽類養(yǎng)殖人員提供合理的人禽流感衛(wèi)生防護(hù)措施提供理論依據(jù)。 方法對紹興市禽類養(yǎng)殖人員人禽流感相關(guān)知識知曉情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查，數(shù)據(jù)以軟件SPSS 12.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析；采用專家咨詢法確立禽流感相關(guān)風(fēng)險因素、建立風(fēng)險評估模型、確立禽流感各風(fēng)險因子的等級評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和權(quán)重。 結(jié)果紹興市禽類養(yǎng)殖人員人禽流感相關(guān)知識的總知曉率為69.51％；從事禽類養(yǎng)殖工作年限不同，知曉率之間差異有顯著性；在被調(diào)查者的一般人口學(xué)特征中，不同性別、年齡、文化程度養(yǎng)殖人員的人禽流感相關(guān)知識知曉情況無顯著性差異；不同地區(qū)和不同規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖場的養(yǎng)殖人員知曉率之間無顯著性差異。采用專家咨詢法確立了禽流感相關(guān)風(fēng)險因素、建立了風(fēng)險評估模型、確立了禽流感各風(fēng)險因子的等級評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和權(quán)重；通過分析與計算，2005年11月份紹興市禽流感入侵風(fēng)險等級為高風(fēng)險。 結(jié)論禽類養(yǎng)殖人員對人禽流感的基本知識有一定的了解，但對一些相對深入的預(yù)防知識知曉率偏低，部分相關(guān)知識掌握比較欠缺，要繼續(xù)有針對性地加大對這一人群人禽流感防治知識的宣傳和培訓(xùn)力度，多方位、多形式、經(jīng)常性地開展防控人禽流感的健康教育和健康促進(jìn)工作，及時做好效果評價，提高禽類養(yǎng)殖人員對這方面知識的掌握程度；在禽流感入侵風(fēng)險處于低風(fēng)險狀態(tài)時，應(yīng)以防止養(yǎng)殖場內(nèi)疫發(fā)生為主；處于中度風(fēng)險狀態(tài)時，，應(yīng)以防止外疫傳入為主；處于高風(fēng)險狀態(tài)時，應(yīng)以養(yǎng)殖人員自身防護(hù)為主。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge of avian influenza among poultry farmers in Shaoxing, and to determine the risk level of avian influenza invasion through avian influenza risk assessment. To provide a theoretical basis for regional poultry farmers to provide reasonable human avian influenza health protection measures. Methods the knowledge of avian influenza among poultry farmers in Shaoxing city was investigated, and the data was analyzed by software SPSS 12.0. The risk factors of avian influenza were established by expert consultation, and the risk assessment model was established. Establish the evaluation criteria and weights of each risk factor of avian influenza. Results the total awareness rate of avian influenza related knowledge among poultry breeders in Shaoxing was 69.51, and there were significant differences among the different working years of poultry breeding, among the general demographic characteristics of the respondents, there were different sexes and ages. There was no significant difference in the knowledge of avian influenza among the culturalists with different education level, and there was no significant difference in the awareness rate among the farmers in different regions and different scale farms. The risk factors related to avian influenza are established by expert consultation, the risk assessment model is established, and the evaluation criteria and weights of each risk factor of avian influenza are established. Through analysis and calculation, the risk of avian influenza invasion in Shaoxing City in November 2005 is high risk. Conclusion Poultry breeders have a certain understanding of the basic knowledge of human avian influenza, but the awareness rate of some relatively deep knowledge of prevention is low, and some of the relevant knowledge is relatively lacking. It is necessary to continue to increase the publicity and training on the prevention and control of human avian flu among this population, to carry out health education and health promotion work on human avian flu prevention and control in various directions and in various forms, and to do a good job in evaluating the results in a timely manner. When the risk of avian influenza invasion is in a low risk condition, it should be mainly to prevent the occurrence of the epidemic in the farm, and in the case of moderate risk, it should be mainly to prevent the introduction of an external epidemic. In a high risk state, should be the main self-protection of aquaculture personnel.
