【摘要】：目的了解廣州市荔灣區(qū)2010-2013年醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)區(qū)內(nèi)醫(yī)院感染控制管理。方法對轄區(qū)內(nèi)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)室內(nèi)空氣、醫(yī)護(hù)人員手、滅菌醫(yī)療用品的消毒效果進(jìn)行采樣檢測。結(jié)果 4年共采樣4 531份,平均合格率為96.60%。2010-2013年合格率分別為93.73%、97.48%、97.52%和96.96%;公立醫(yī)院、社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心和民營醫(yī)院合格率分別為96.38%、97.37%和95.10%;滅菌醫(yī)療用品、物體表面、使用中消毒液、壓力蒸汽滅菌器合格率較高,分別為99.59%、99.46%、99.33%和98.62%;醫(yī)院污水、室內(nèi)空氣和醫(yī)護(hù)人員手合格率較低,分別為80.95%,91.56%和94.26%。結(jié)論該區(qū)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量較好,要加強(qiáng)對醫(yī)院消毒薄弱環(huán)節(jié)的監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Liwan District of Guangzhou City from 2010 to 2013, and to strengthen the management of hospital infection control. Methods the disinfection effects of indoor air, hands and sterilizing medical supplies in medical institutions were sampled and tested. Results A total of 4,531 samples were collected in 4 years, the average qualified rate was 96.60.2010-2013, the qualified rate was 93.73, 97.48, 97.52% and 96.96, respectively; the qualified rates in public hospitals, community health service centers and private hospitals were 96.387.37% and 95.10%, respectively; sterilization medical supplies, surfaces of objects, disinfectant solution in use, The qualified rate of pressure steam sterilizer was 99.59599. 460.99.33% and 98.622%, respectively, and the qualified rate of hospital sewage, indoor air and hands of medical and nursing workers was lower, which was 80.95% 91.56% and 94.26%, respectively. Conclusion the disinfection quality of medical institutions in this area is good, and the monitoring of the weak links of hospital disinfection should be strengthened.
