【摘要】：目的了解清遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)小兒燒傷的流行病學(xué)特征,為制定預(yù)防小兒燒傷措施提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。方法收集燒(燙)傷小兒311例。使用SPSS 13.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對患者資料從發(fā)病年齡、性別、季節(jié)分布、致傷原因、地點(diǎn)、燒傷程度,受傷后有無涼水沖,現(xiàn)場處理家屬的學(xué)歷等進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 311例患兒,集中在1~3歲,燒傷原因以熱液燙傷為主(70.4%),92.2%小兒燒傷發(fā)生在室內(nèi),浴室是最主要發(fā)生地,占46.9%。燒傷發(fā)生時間,以夏冬季節(jié)為主,具體集中在9:00~12:00和17:00~20:00。以輕中度燒傷為主,占約94.9%。75.9%小兒燒傷發(fā)生時有大人在身旁,但是81.7%的燒傷小兒創(chuàng)面未能沖涼水�，F(xiàn)場家屬以小學(xué)、初中學(xué)歷為主。結(jié)論小兒燒傷在時間、地點(diǎn)、致傷原因等有一定規(guī)律。兒童燒傷多數(shù)與其監(jiān)護(hù)人的疏忽有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of pediatric burn in Qingyuan area and to provide scientific basis for the prevention of pediatric burn. Methods 311 children with burn (burn) injury were collected. SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data of patients from age, sex, seasonal distribution, cause of injury, location, degree of burn, cold water after injury, educational background of family members who were treated on the spot. Results 311 cases were concentrated at 1 and 3 years old. The main causes of burns were hot fluid scalds (70.4%) and 92. 2% of children were burned indoors. The bathroom was the main place of occurrence, accounting for 46. 9%. The time of burn occurred mainly in summer and winter, and was concentrated at 9: 00 12: 00 and 17: 00 20: 00. Most of the burns were mild and moderate, accounting for 94.9%. 75.9% of the burns were accompanied by adults, but 81.7% of the burn wounds failed to flush cold water. Field family to primary school, junior high school education. Conclusion there are certain rules in time, place and cause of burn in children. Most burns in children are related to the negligence of their guardians.
