【摘要】：我國現(xiàn)行《預(yù)防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母嬰傳播工作實施方案》作為一個系統(tǒng)性、規(guī)范性和目標性文件,涉及健康教育、婦幼保健、抗病毒治療、實驗室檢測和艾滋病預(yù)防控制等多方面。但由于我國人口基數(shù)大,地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡,人口流動逐年增加,其在降低母嬰傳播率方面取得巨大成功的同時,卻無法阻止孕產(chǎn)婦感染人數(shù)和母嬰傳播絕對數(shù)逐年增加,這是各種主客觀因素綜合作用的結(jié)果。深刻反思這種傳統(tǒng)預(yù)防模式,通過從感染時阻斷向未感染時保護進路的轉(zhuǎn)變,對于實現(xiàn)艾滋病防治的普遍可及和2020年兒童"零艾滋"目標具有積極探索意義。
[Abstract]:As a systematic, normative and targeted document, the current implementation Program for the Prevention of AIDS, syphilis and Hepatitis B mother-to-child transmission involves health education, maternal and child health care, antiviral treatment, Laboratory testing and AIDS prevention and control and other aspects. However, due to the large population base, unbalanced regional development and increasing population flow, it has achieved great success in reducing the rate of mother-to-child transmission, but it can not prevent the number of maternal infections and the absolute number of mother-to-child transmission from increasing year by year. This is the result of various subjective and objective factors. It is of great significance to reflect on the traditional prevention mode and to change the approach from blocking infection to protection without infection, which is of great significance to the realization of universal AIDS prevention and control and the goal of zero HIV / AIDS for children in 2020.
