【摘要】：目的了解寧夏職業(yè)暴露人群H5N1禽流感病毒抗體水平和環(huán)境中禽流感病毒的分布情況,為禽流感的防控提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用血凝抑制試驗檢測職業(yè)暴露人群A(H5N1)血凝素抗體;采用Real-time RT-PCR方法對環(huán)境標(biāo)本進行H5、H7、H9禽流感病毒核酸檢測,從2013年4月份起,對采集的環(huán)境標(biāo)本增加H7N9核酸檢測。結(jié)果職業(yè)暴露人群812人份血清H5N1抗體均為陰性;環(huán)境標(biāo)本760份禽流感病毒核酸檢測A型陽性率為5.13%。A型禽流感病毒核酸陽性樣本除原州區(qū)未檢出外,其它地區(qū)均檢出陽性標(biāo)本。不同監(jiān)測場所城鄉(xiāng)活禽市場樣本陽性率最高,不同環(huán)境樣本宰殺或擺放禽肉案板表面擦拭標(biāo)本陽性率最高。結(jié)論職業(yè)暴露人群血清標(biāo)本中未檢測出A(H5N1)禽流感病毒抗體陽性標(biāo)本,寧夏監(jiān)測點環(huán)境中存在H5、H9禽流感病毒,未檢出H7N9禽流感病毒。城鄉(xiāng)活禽市場是禽流感病毒重要的集散地。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the antibody level of H5N1 avian influenza virus and the distribution of avian influenza virus in environment of occupational exposed population in Ningxia, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of avian influenza. Methods Hemagglutination inhibition test was used to detect hemagglutinin antibody of occupational exposed population (H5N1), Real-time RT-PCR method was used to detect H5H7H9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid in environmental samples, and H7N9 nucleic acid was increased in environmental samples from April 2013. Results Serum H5N1 antibody was negative in 812 exposed population and positive rate of Avian Influenza virus type A nucleic acid was 5.13.A positive samples were detected in other areas except in original state. The positive rate of live poultry samples in urban and rural areas was the highest in different monitoring sites, and the positive rate was the highest in different environmental samples. Conclusion A (H5N1) Avian Influenza virus antibody positive specimen was not detected in serum samples of occupational exposed population. H5H9 avian influenza virus and H7N9 avian influenza virus were not detected in the environment of Ningxia surveillance site. Urban and rural live poultry market is an important distribution center of avian influenza virus.
