【摘要】：正隨著消毒劑廣泛使用,尤其是細(xì)菌反復(fù)接觸亞致死量消毒劑,可能使細(xì)菌對(duì)其產(chǎn)生抗性,而抗消毒劑菌株的出現(xiàn)可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致醫(yī)院消毒的失敗〔1〕。目前尋找殺菌譜廣,作用速度快,光熱性能穩(wěn)定,無(wú)副作用、無(wú)腐蝕、無(wú)臭、毒性低、使用安全的消毒劑已成為人們關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題〔2〕。隨著氯已定復(fù)合制劑的問(wèn)世,其理化性質(zhì)及消毒機(jī)理的研究得到不斷深入。本文將氯已定類消毒劑及其復(fù)方制劑的作用
[Abstract]:With the widespread use of disinfectants, especially the repeated contact with sublethal disinfectants, bacteria may become resistant to disinfectants, and the emergence of anti-disinfectant strains may lead to the failure of hospital disinfection (1). At present, searching for disinfectants with wide spectrum, fast action, stable photothermal performance, no side effects, no corrosion, no odor, low toxicity and safe use of disinfectants has become a hot topic of concern (2). With the advent of chlorhexidine compound preparation, its physicochemical properties and disinfection mechanism have been studied deeply. The effect of chlorhexidine disinfectant and its compound preparation was studied in this paper.
