【摘要】：目的了解安徽省蚌埠市成年居民血脂異�；疾∏闆r及可能影響因素。方法采用多階段分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,2014年9月—2015年9月從蚌埠市4個(gè)行政區(qū)中抽取8個(gè)社區(qū)共1 545名居民,其中男性468名,女性1 077名,年齡(55.19±12.07)歲,進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查(年齡、性別、慢性病患病情況)、體格檢查(身高、體重、腰圍、臀圍等),測(cè)量其血壓、空腹血糖及血脂水平,研究血脂異�；疾÷什⒎治銎湮ｋU(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果抽樣居民血脂異�；颊吖�826人(53.5%),其中男性220人(47.0%),女性606人(56.3%)。男性的患病率隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)呈現(xiàn)降低趨勢(shì),高峰期出現(xiàn)在50~59歲年齡段;而女性的血脂異常患病率一直呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì),高峰期出現(xiàn)在≥70歲年齡段。血脂異常人群的體質(zhì)指數(shù)[(23.92±3.21)vs.(23.14±3.06)]、腰圍[(84.6±9.5)vs.(79.5±9.3)]、腰臀比[(0.89±0.08)vs.(0.82±0.07)]、收縮壓[(133.52±11.43)vs.(127.49±11.58)]、舒張壓[(82.07±10.58)vs.(79.86±9.87)]、膽固醇[(4.96±1.04)vs.(4.68±0.77)]、甘油三酯[(2.15±1.32)vs.(1.42±0.43)]、高血壓患病率(33.6%vs.26.2%)、糖尿病患病率(8.4%vs.5.6%)、超重率(44.7%vs.32.7%)和肥胖率(11.2%vs.4.7%)均高于血脂正常人群,高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、經(jīng)常鍛煉的頻率(33.3%vs.40.9%)低于血脂正常的人群,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。多因素非條件Logistic回歸分析顯示腰圍、腰臀比、超重是血脂異常的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素,有規(guī)律的體育鍛煉是其保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論蚌埠市成年居民血脂異�；疾÷瘦^高,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)中心性肥胖和絕經(jīng)期婦女等高危人群的重點(diǎn)防治。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of dyslipidemia in adult residents of Bengbu, Anhui Province and its possible influencing factors. Methods from September 2014 to September 2015, a total of 1,545 residents in 8 communities were selected from 4 districts of Bengbu, including 468 males and 1,077 females, aged (55.19 鹵12.07) years.
