【摘要】： 目的:了解2006年新發(fā)現(xiàn)的云南省玉龍鼠疫疫源地的性質(zhì)及其與鄰近的劍川鼠疫疫源地間的關(guān)系,以便對玉龍鼠疫防控工作提出建議。 方法:對玉龍鼠疫疫源地進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)查并收集劍川鼠疫疫源地監(jiān)測資料,將玉龍鼠疫疫源地自然環(huán)境及其宿主動物、媒介調(diào)查情況和劍川鼠疫疫源地比較,用t檢驗對玉龍和劍川疫源地主要宿主有關(guān)調(diào)查指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了對比分析。 結(jié)果:玉龍與劍川疫源地的自然環(huán)境相似,兩地間有寬闊的谷地相隔,這會成為阻礙兩地鼠疫傳播的自然屏障。玉龍鼠疫疫源地調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)嚙齒動物12種,齊氏姬鼠是該疫源地的主要儲存宿主。玉龍鼠疫疫源地調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)蚤類12種,特新蚤指名亞種是該疫源地的主要傳播媒介,但其數(shù)量明顯低于劍川疫源地,這可能是玉龍縣發(fā)現(xiàn)人間鼠疫后采取滅蚤措施所致。 結(jié)論:玉龍鼠疫疫源地與劍川鼠疫疫源地屬于同一種類型疫源地,但為相對獨立的兩片疫源地。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the nature of Yulong plague foci in Yunnan Province in 2006 and the relationship between Yulong plague foci and nearby plague foci in order to put forward suggestions for the prevention and control of Yulong plague. Methods: field investigation was carried out on the plague foci of Yulong and the monitoring data of plague foci in Jianchuan were collected. The natural environment and host animals of Yulong plague foci were compared with those of the plague foci in Jianchuan. T-test was used to compare the main hosts of Yulong and Jianchuan. Results: the natural environment of Yulong and Jianchuan epidemic foci is similar, and there is a wide valley between the two places, which will become a natural barrier to the spread of plague in the two places. Twelve species of rodents were found in the plague foci of Yulong, and Apodemus chimberi was the main storage host of the foci. Twelve species of fleas were found in the plague foci of Yulong, and the main transmission medium of the foci was named subspecies of new fleas, but the number was obviously lower than that of the foci in Jianchuan, which may be the result of the measures taken to kill the human plague in Yulong county after the discovery of human plague. Conclusion: Yulong plague foci belong to the same type as Jianchuan plague foci, but they are two relatively independent foci.
