【摘要】：目的探討重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房(ICU)合并醫(yī)院感染影響因素及護(hù)理對(duì)策。方法選擇重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房460例患者作為研究對(duì)象,以醫(yī)院感染患者為觀察組,按照1∶1比例選擇未合并醫(yī)院感染患者作為對(duì)照組,比較兩組可能影響醫(yī)院感染因素差異。結(jié)果 460例患者中發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染80例,感染率17.39%,包括呼吸道感染、泌尿系統(tǒng)感染、導(dǎo)管相關(guān)性感染,單因素檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,10個(gè)變量是醫(yī)院感染的相關(guān)因素(P0.05),logistic回歸分析引起醫(yī)院感染的危險(xiǎn)因素為:年齡大、實(shí)施侵入性操作、APACHEⅡ評(píng)分高、預(yù)防應(yīng)用抗菌藥物,其OR值分別為3.29、3.04、2.94、2.45。結(jié)論重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生率較高,是多種因素作用的結(jié)果,改善老年患者的自身狀況、加強(qiáng)危重患者治療、合理使用抗菌藥物、嚴(yán)格無(wú)菌操作,可降低ICU醫(yī)院感染率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors and nursing strategies of nosocomial infection in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods A total of 460 patients in intensive care unit were selected as the study object, the patients with nosocomial infection as the observation group and the patients without nosocomial infection as the control group according to the 1:1 ratio. The difference of possible factors affecting nosocomial infection between the two groups was compared. Results Nosocomial infection occurred in 80 of 460 patients, and the infection rate was 17.39, including respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, catheter-related infection.
