【摘要】：目的探討安全有效的呼吸機清洗消毒方法,降低呼吸機相關(guān)性肺炎(VAP)的發(fā)病率。方法在2009年11月-2010年2月VAP目標(biāo)性監(jiān)測基礎(chǔ)上,對胸心外科ICU呼吸機清洗消毒方法進行干預(yù):制定并落實"呼吸機清洗消毒暫行辦法",觀察干預(yù)后2年內(nèi)各季度VAP千日感染率的變化,并比較兩年間對應(yīng)季度VAP發(fā)病率的差異以及干預(yù)前、中、后VAP發(fā)病率的差異。結(jié)果在呼吸機使用率相對穩(wěn)定的前提下,干預(yù)中VAP千日感染率51.72‰,與次年相同季度9.57‰比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);干預(yù)后VAP發(fā)病率穩(wěn)定在一個較低水平,干預(yù)前、中、后VAP發(fā)病率比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論呼吸機外置管路清洗后環(huán)氧乙烷滅菌及其配件的清洗消毒滅菌,并按規(guī)定時間更換等措施顯著降低了呼吸機相關(guān)肺炎發(fā)病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore a safe and effective method of ventilator cleaning and disinfection to reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP). Methods based on the objective monitoring of VAP from November 2009 to February 2010, The methods of cleaning and disinfecting ventilator in thoracic and cardiac surgery ICU were intervened. The "temporary method of ventilator cleaning and disinfection" was formulated and implemented, and the changes of VAP infection rate in every quarter of two years after intervention were observed.
