【摘要】：目的分析2005-2012年該市麻疹流行病學(xué)特征,為探討麻疹控制措施提供理論依據(jù)。方法對(duì)該市2005-2012年麻疹發(fā)病情況進(jìn)行描述性流行病學(xué)分析。結(jié)果該市2005-2012年共報(bào)告麻疹病例673例,無(wú)死亡病例,年平均發(fā)病率為15.17/100萬(wàn),其中以2009年發(fā)病率最高為61.89/100萬(wàn),以2012年發(fā)病率最低為0.36/100萬(wàn);發(fā)病率前3位的縣為新泰市、泰山區(qū)和東平縣,占全市病例數(shù)的72.07%;季節(jié)性高峰明顯,2-5月為高發(fā)季節(jié),占總病例數(shù)的81.72%;1歲兒童及19～40歲人群是近階段麻疹發(fā)病主要人群,分別占總病例數(shù)的30%、46.36%;8月齡兒童發(fā)病數(shù)占16.64%;有明確免疫史病例占總病例數(shù)的10.70%。結(jié)論落實(shí)麻疹疫苗常規(guī)免疫、對(duì)重點(diǎn)人群開展補(bǔ)充免疫和查漏補(bǔ)種等免疫策略是實(shí)現(xiàn)消除麻疹的根本措施;醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)醫(yī)源性感染是造成麻疹播散的最主要隱患。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles in the city from 2005 to 2012, and to provide theoretical basis for the study of measles control measures. Methods the incidence of measles in the city from 2005 to 2012 was analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results A total of 673 measles cases were reported in the city from 2005 to 2012, with no death cases. The annual average incidence rate was 15.17 / 1 million. The highest incidence rate was 618.9 / 1 million in 2009, and the lowest incidence rate was 0.36 / 1 million in 2012. The top 3 counties with the highest incidence rate were Xintai City. In Taishan District and Dongping County, 72.07 cases accounted for the total number of cases in the city, and the seasonal peak was a high incidence season in February and May, with 81.72% of the total cases being 81.72 years old and 1940 years old being the main population of measles incidence in the near stage. The incidence rate of children aged 8 months was 16.64, and the number of cases with a clear history of immunization accounted for 10.70% of the total cases. Conclusion the basic measures to eliminate measles are to carry out routine immunization of measles vaccine, to carry out supplementary immunization and to check out the leakage of measles among key population, and iatrogenic infection in medical institutions is the main hidden danger of measles spread.
