消化內(nèi)鏡腔細(xì)菌生物膜有效清除方法

【摘要】:目的評(píng)價(jià)消化內(nèi)鏡腔生物膜清除方法與效果。方法建立人工生物膜模型,通過(guò)電鏡掃描和細(xì)菌定量檢測(cè)方法,觀察2 000 mg/L過(guò)氧乙酸、5 500 mg/L鄰苯二甲醛和20 g/L戊二醛等3種消毒劑以及堿性清洗劑、去生物膜清洗劑及常規(guī)多酶清洗劑等清洗劑對(duì)生物膜的清除效果。結(jié)果過(guò)氧乙酸消毒劑清除生物膜合格率最高,為100.0%;戊二醛清除效果最差,合格率為33.3%。堿性含酶清洗劑清除生物膜效果最好,各種清洗劑的生物膜清除率隨溫度升高而增加,40℃時(shí)均可達(dá)到95.0%以上。結(jié)論消化內(nèi)鏡生物膜清除困難,需科學(xué)選擇和正確使用清除方法,過(guò)氧乙酸可快速清除生物膜。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the method and effect of digestive endoscopy biofilm removal. Methods the artificial biofilm model was established and three kinds of disinfectants such as 5 500 mg / L phthalaldehyde and 20 g / L glutaraldehyde and alkaline cleaning agent were observed by electron microscope scanning and bacterial quantitative detection. Removal effect of biofilm cleaning agent and conventional multi-enzyme cleaning agent on biofilm. Results the qualified rate of peracetic acid disinfectant was the highest (100.0) and the clearance rate of glutaraldehyde was 33.3%. The effect of alkaline enzymatic cleaning agent on the removal of biofilm was the best, and the biofilm clearance rate of all kinds of cleaning agents could reach more than 95.0% when the temperature increased by 40 鈩,
