軸關(guān)節(jié)器械撐開角度對(duì)清洗效果的影響

【摘要】:目的探討軸關(guān)節(jié)器械撐開角度對(duì)清洗效果的影響。方法將軸關(guān)節(jié)器械900件隨機(jī)分為A組、B組、C組,每組軸關(guān)節(jié)器械撐開不同角度、采取三種不同的清洗方法,監(jiān)測(cè)器械表面、軸關(guān)節(jié)、齒痕的清洗效果。結(jié)果 A組的清洗效果明顯優(yōu)于B組和C組。結(jié)論將軸關(guān)節(jié)器械固定于使關(guān)節(jié)撐開成90°角的專用網(wǎng)狀不銹鋼斜型卡式三角形清洗架上,減少器械間的重疊,有利于清洗液在軸關(guān)節(jié)部的流動(dòng),保證了軸關(guān)節(jié)器械的清洗質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of the opening angle of axial joint apparatus on cleaning effect. Methods 900 axial joint instruments were randomly divided into two groups: group A, group B and group C. Each group adopted three different cleaning methods to monitor the cleaning effect of the surfaces, joints and teeth marks of the instruments. Results the cleaning effect of group A was better than that of group B and C. Conclusion the axial joint instruments are fixed on the special mesh stainless steel clasped triangular cleaning frame with 90 擄angle, which can reduce the overlap between the instruments, facilitate the flow of cleaning fluid in the axial joint, and ensure the cleaning quality of the axial joint instruments.
