【摘要】：目的 研究自含式壓力蒸汽滅菌生物指示劑D值測定的影響因素,提高D值測定的準(zhǔn)確性。方法 使用生物指示劑抗力測定儀,對不同生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的自含式壓力蒸汽滅菌生物指示劑進(jìn)行D值測定,比較透氣孔、培養(yǎng)基、放置方式、載樣器材對D值測定的影響。結(jié)果 透氣孔、培養(yǎng)基、放置方式、載樣器材對D值的最大影響率分別為6.9%、17.3%、29.9%、38.2%。結(jié)論 放置方式和載樣器材是影響自含式壓力蒸汽滅菌生物指示劑D值測定的主要因素,建議用帶孔支架以水平方式進(jìn)行測定。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the factors influencing the determination of D value of self contained autoclaving biological indicator and to improve the accuracy of D value determination. Methods using biological indicator resistance tester, the D value of self-contained autoclaving biological indicator of autogenous steam sterilization in different production enterprises was determined, and the effects of air permeability, culture medium, placement method and sample loading equipment on D value were compared. Results the maximum influence rates of air permeation hole, culture medium, placement method and sample loading equipment on D value were 6.9% and 17.3% and 29.9% and 38.2% respectively. Conclusion the method of placing and loading equipment are the main factors that influence the determination of D value of self-contained autoclaving biological indicator. It is suggested that the porous scaffold should be used to measure the D value of the biological indicator.
