光活化殺蟲劑K-01對白紋伊蚊毒殺作用的研究

【摘要】:蚊蟲對人類的危害不僅是吸血騷擾,而且能傳播多種疾病,,如瘧疾、絲蟲病、登革熱、流行性乙型腦炎和黃熱病等。蚊蟲防制是控制蚊媒病流行的重要措施,尤其是對于某些蚊媒病(如登革熱),媒介控制是目前預防其發(fā)生和流行的唯一有效措施。 目前用于蚊蟲防制的主要措施是化學防治。傳統(tǒng)的化學合成殺蟲劑有機氯類(如DDT、六六六)、有機磷類(如馬拉硫磷)、氨基甲酸酯等,這些殺蟲劑雖然對靶標生物是高效的,但它們對人類以及其它多種動物也具有危害性。長期使用后,造成了突出的“3R”問題,即抗性(Resistance)、殘留(Residue)、再猖獗(Re-rampancy)。隨著人們環(huán)保意識的日益增加,傳統(tǒng)化學殺蟲劑的使用受到的壓力越來越大。開發(fā)高效、低毒、不易產(chǎn)生抗性、環(huán)保的殺蟲劑品種成為蚊蟲化學防治領域中的一個重要課題。由于光敏劑具有上述特點,成為科學家們開發(fā)新型殺蟲劑研究的熱門化合物。人們已經(jīng)利用多種光敏劑、靶標昆蟲及光照條件對光活化作用控制害蟲種群進行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)咕噸類、吖啶類染料,卟啉及其類似衍生物,呋喃香豆素類、多炔類和噻吩類等植物源化合物作為光活化殺蟲劑的研究開發(fā)潛力巨大。 本研究是在對幾種光敏劑的光活化毒殺活性篩選基礎上,對光活化殺蟲劑K-01進行進一步研究。將通過觀察K-01對白紋伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)的毒殺
[Abstract]:Mosquitoes are not only harmful to human beings, but also can spread many diseases, such as malaria, filariasis, dengue fever, epidemic encephalitis and yellow fever. Mosquito control is an important measure to control the epidemic of mosquito-borne diseases, especially for some mosquito-borne diseases, such as dengue fever, vector control is the only effective measure to prevent its occurrence and epidemic. At present, chemical control is the main measure for mosquito control. Traditional chemically synthesized pesticides such as organochlorine (DDT, BHC) and organophosphorus (such as malathion, carbamate, etc.) these insecticides are highly effective to target organisms, but they are also harmful to human beings and many other animals. After long term use, a prominent "3R" problem is caused, that is, resistance to resistance, residual residueal, and rampant Re-rampancy. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the use of traditional chemical pesticides is under increasing pressure. It is an important subject in the field of mosquito chemical control to develop insecticide varieties with high efficiency, low toxicity and low resistance. Because of the above characteristics, Guang Min has become a hot compound in the research of new insecticides. A variety of Guang Min agents, target insects and illumination conditions have been used to control pest populations by photoactivation. It has been found that goo ton, acridine dyes, porphyrins and their analogous derivatives, furancoumarin, have been found. Phytochemicals such as polyacetylene and thiophene have great potential as photoactive insecticides. Based on the screening of photoactivated toxicant activity of several Guang Min agents, the photoactive insecticide K-01 was further studied. Toxicides of Aedes albopictus, were observed by K-01.
