【摘要】：目的研究芐索氯銨乳膏的抑菌作用和皮膚刺激性。方法采用稀釋法和動物實(shí)驗(yàn)法,對芐索氯銨乳膏進(jìn)行抑菌效果與皮膚刺激性評價。結(jié)果芐索氯銨乳膏10%稀釋液對金黃色葡萄球菌和大腸桿菌作用2 min,抑菌率均為100%。多次涂抹完整皮膚刺激試驗(yàn)中,每天每只動物平均積分值為0.29。結(jié)論該芐索氯銨乳膏10%稀釋液對兩種試驗(yàn)菌具有良好的抑菌效果,對實(shí)驗(yàn)動物完整皮膚無刺激性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bacteriostasis and skin irritation of benzoin chloride cream. Methods the bacteriostasis effect and skin irritation of benzoin chloride cream were evaluated by dilution and animal experiments. Results the effect of 10% diluents on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was 2 min, and the bacteriostasis rate was 100%. multiple smear of complete skin. In the stimulation test, the average score of each animal per day was 0.29. conclusion that the 10% diluent of benzyl chloride cream had good bacteriostasis effect on two kinds of experimental bacteria and had no irritation to the whole skin of the experimental animals.
