【摘要】：目的監(jiān)測(cè)重慶市涪陵區(qū)兒童少年麻疹、風(fēng)疹、流腮免疫水平。方法于2014年9-10月采取整群抽樣法抽取涪陵區(qū)5個(gè)方位監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)2~15歲兒童少年3 230人并采其全血20μl,采用酶聯(lián)免疫法進(jìn)行麻疹、風(fēng)疹、流腮IgG抗體定性檢測(cè),使用SPSS進(jìn)行卡方檢驗(yàn)分析檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果檢測(cè)3 230人麻疹、風(fēng)疹、流腮抗體,陽(yáng)性率依次為91.30%、88.76%、87.96%。不同性別間麻疹、不同年齡組麻疹、風(fēng)疹抗體陽(yáng)性率差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X~2值分別為6.527、8.158、9.712,P0.05),不同方位監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)兒童(X~2值分別為26.862、19.593、68.404,P0.05)、中小學(xué)生(X~2值分別為9.820、122.268、61.840,P0.05)麻腮風(fēng)抗體陽(yáng)性率差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,城區(qū)與鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)兒童青少年風(fēng)疹、流腮抗體陽(yáng)性率差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X~2值分別為10.032、11.929,P0.05)。結(jié)論重慶市涪陵區(qū)兒童少年麻疹、風(fēng)疹、流腮疫苗保護(hù)屏障已基本建立,但仍存在疫苗保護(hù)較薄弱環(huán)節(jié),應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注涪陵西部地區(qū)風(fēng)疹、流腮的疫情監(jiān)測(cè)及相關(guān)查漏補(bǔ)種工作、關(guān)注中小學(xué)校相關(guān)疾病的監(jiān)測(cè),同時(shí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)健康教育及疫苗推廣應(yīng)用,提高較偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)群眾的意識(shí),進(jìn)一步提高免疫覆蓋率。
[Abstract]:Objective to monitor the level of measles, rubella and mumps immunity in children and adolescents in Fuling District of Chongqing city. Methods a group sampling method was adopted in 9-10 months of 2014 to extract 3230 children and adolescents from 5 azimuth monitoring points in Fuling district and take the whole blood 20 mu L. The qualitative detection of measles, rubella, and IgG antibody of mumps by ELISA and SPSS were used for chi square test. Results the results of measles, rubella, and mumps antibody were detected in 3230 people, and the positive rate was 91.30%, 88.76%, 87.96%., measles, measles and rubella antibody positive rates in different age groups (X~2 value 6.527,8.158,9.712, P0.05), and children of different location monitoring point (X~2 value of 26.862, respectively, was 26.862, respectively. 19.593,68.404, P0.05), primary and secondary school students (X~2 value of 9.820122.268,61.840, P0.05) gill wind antibody positive rate differences are statistically significant, urban and township children and adolescents rubella, gill antibody positive rate difference is statistically significant (X~2 value is 10.032,11.929, P0.05). Conclusion the measles in Fuling District, Chongqing City, measles The protection barrier of rubella and mumps vaccine has been basically established, but there is still a weak link in the protection of vaccine. We should focus on the measles in the western region of Fuling, monitoring the epidemic situation of the mumps and related leak detection, and pay attention to the monitoring of related diseases in primary and secondary schools. At the same time, the application of health education and vaccine promotion should be strengthened to improve the meaning of the people in the more remote areas. Understanding, further improve the immune coverage.
