【摘要】：目的了解揚(yáng)州市中小學(xué)生洗手相關(guān)知識(shí)與行為及其影響因素,為制定中小學(xué)生洗手干預(yù)策略及預(yù)防相關(guān)傳染病提供依據(jù)。方法分層整群隨機(jī)抽取揚(yáng)州市中小學(xué)生697名進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)中小學(xué)生洗手知識(shí)與行為及其影響因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果中小學(xué)生洗手知識(shí)總體知曉率為59.54%,95.0%的中小學(xué)生有洗手習(xí)慣。洗手知識(shí)方面,高年級(jí)好于低年級(jí)(χ2=17.55,P0.01);在洗手行為方面,低年級(jí)好于高年級(jí),城市好于農(nóng)村(P值均0.01),且與母親文化水平呈正相關(guān)(r=-0.174,P0.01)。30.7%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為洗手困難的原因是"沒(méi)有時(shí)間",18.8%的學(xué)生會(huì)因?yàn)?水龍頭不足"而影響洗手。結(jié)論揚(yáng)州市中小學(xué)生洗手知識(shí)與行為整體較好,但洗手意識(shí)仍需提高,洗手設(shè)施有待改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the knowledge and behavior of hand-washing among primary and middle school students in Yangzhou and its influencing factors so as to provide evidence for making intervention strategies and preventing related infectious diseases among primary and middle school students. Methods 697 primary and middle school students in Yangzhou were randomly selected by stratified cluster to investigate the knowledge, behavior and influencing factors of hand washing. Results the general awareness rate of primary and middle school students' hand-washing knowledge was 59.54% and 95.0% of them had the habit of washing their hands. In the aspect of hand-washing knowledge, the upper grade was better than the lower grade (蠂 ~ 2 / 17.55 / P0.01), and in the aspect of hand-washing behavior, the lower grade was better than the upper grade, P values in cities were better than those in rural areas, and there was a positive correlation with their mothers' education level. 30.7% of the students thought that the reason for the difficulty of washing their hands was that "no time" and 18.8% students' hands were affected by "lack of tap water". Conclusion the knowledge and behavior of hand washing among primary and middle school students in Yangzhou is good, but the consciousness of hand washing still needs to be improved, and the hand-washing facilities need to be improved.
