內(nèi)鏡清洗刷對(duì)銅綠假單胞菌清除效果的研究

【摘要】:目的研究不同清洗刷對(duì)污染銅綠假單胞菌的內(nèi)鏡清洗效果,為更有效消毒內(nèi)鏡提供參考。方法通過(guò)細(xì)菌定量檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)不同清洗刷清洗消毒內(nèi)鏡的效果作出評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果不同清洗刷處理后的殘余細(xì)菌計(jì)數(shù)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較總體差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;不同清洗次數(shù)的殘余細(xì)菌計(jì)數(shù)方差分析結(jié)果比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。各因素不同水平間的多重比較,清洗刷組的變量間比較結(jié)果示尼龍毛刷組和圓盤(pán)刷組之間的差異都有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論使用圓盤(pán)刷刷洗兩次能夠最佳地清除模擬內(nèi)鏡管內(nèi)的銅綠假單胞菌。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of different cleaning brushes on the cleaning of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pseudomonas aeruginosa). Methods the efficacy of different cleaning brush cleaning and disinfection endoscopy was evaluated by the method of bacterial quantitative detection. Results the results of residual bacteria count after different cleaning brushes were statistically different, and the variance analysis of residual bacteria counts with different cleaning times was statistically significant. The results showed that the difference between nylon brush group and disc brush group was statistically significant. Conclusion using disk brushing twice can best remove Pseudomonas aeruginosa from the simulated endoscopy tube.
