【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)醫(yī)院潔凈手術(shù)室空氣凈化系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)性能及其對(duì)空氣的凈化效果,為潔凈手術(shù)室的運(yùn)行和管理提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用儀器法和細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)法,對(duì)南京市13家醫(yī)院81間潔凈手術(shù)室的潔凈度及相關(guān)技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)靜態(tài)檢測(cè)。結(jié)果南京市醫(yī)院潔凈手術(shù)室空氣中浮游菌和表面細(xì)菌密度指標(biāo)平均合格率分別為93.83%和92.59%。I級(jí)-IV級(jí)潔凈手術(shù)室空氣中塵埃粒子數(shù)指標(biāo)平均合格率依次為26.67%、66.67%、84.78%和100%。微小氣候中,噪聲合格率最高為83.95%,換氣次數(shù)和照度合格率較低,分別為55.56%和53.09%。結(jié)論南京市醫(yī)院潔凈手術(shù)室綜合指標(biāo)合格率均偏低,管理中存在明顯薄弱環(huán)節(jié),應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)使用中潔凈手術(shù)室管理力度。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the technical performance of air purification system in hospital clean operating room and its effect on air purification, and to provide theoretical basis for the operation and management of clean operating room. Methods the cleanliness and related technical indexes of 81 clean operating rooms in 13 hospitals in Nanjing were detected by instrument method and bacteria culture method. Results the average qualified rates of air phytoplankton bacteria and surface bacteria density index in clean operating room of Nanjing Hospital were 93.83% and 92.59.I grade -IV clean operating room air respectively. The average qualified rates were 26.6767 ~ 66.67% and 100% respectively. In the microclimate, the highest qualified rate of noise was 83.95, and the qualified rate of air exchange and illumination was lower, 55.56% and 53.09%, respectively. Conclusion the qualified rate of comprehensive indexes of clean operating room in Nanjing hospital is on the low side, and there are obvious weak links in management, so we should further strengthen the management of clean operating room in use.
