【摘要】：目的了解南京市學(xué)生結(jié)核病的報告發(fā)病特征,為制定學(xué)校結(jié)核病防治對策提供依據(jù)。方法采用描述流行病學(xué)方法,對南京市2005—2011年學(xué)生結(jié)核病患者登記資料進行分析。結(jié)果 2005—2011年學(xué)生報告結(jié)核病發(fā)病率分別為24.82/10萬,22.54/10萬,17.55/10萬,15.43/10萬,20.64/10萬,15.86/10萬,14.92/10萬,平均報告發(fā)病率18.68/10萬,各年份報告發(fā)病率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=59.38,P0.01),隨年份變化呈下降趨勢(χ2趨勢=37.76,P0.01);涂陽登記比例逐年降低(χ2趨勢=28.28,P0.01);患者中男生多于女生;年齡分布以20~24歲最多(52.15%),其次為15~19歲(37.04%);經(jīng)主動發(fā)現(xiàn)方式發(fā)現(xiàn)的學(xué)生患者比例較低;報告病例數(shù)在4—5月和9月較多。學(xué)生平均就診延遲率為26.70%,且就診延遲率隨學(xué)生年齡增長呈下降趨勢(χ2趨勢=14.46,P0.01)。結(jié)論南京市學(xué)生結(jié)核病報告發(fā)病率呈下降趨勢,15~24歲年齡段的學(xué)生是學(xué)校結(jié)核病防控的重點人群。應(yīng)加大對學(xué)生結(jié)核病例的主動發(fā)現(xiàn)力度,重視對學(xué)生結(jié)核病防治知識的健康宣教。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the reported incidence characteristics of tuberculosis among students in Nanjing, and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in schools. Methods descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the registration data of tuberculosis patients in Nanjing from 2005 to 2011. Results from 2005 to 2011, the reported incidence rate of TB in students was 248.2 / 100000, respectively. The average reported incidence of TB was 186,800 / 100,000, and the average reported incidence was 186,800 / 100,000. There was significant difference in the reported incidence rate among different years (蠂 ~ 2 / 59.38 / P 0.01), which showed a decreasing trend with year's change (蠂 ~ 2 trend = 37.76 / P _ (0.01), and the proportion of smear positive registration decreased year by year (蠂 ~ 2 trend was 28.28 / P _ (0.01), the number of male patients was more than that of female students. The age distribution ranged from 20 to 24 years old (52.15), followed by 1519 years old or 37.04 years old, the proportion of students found by active discovery was lower, and the number of reported cases was more in April-May and September. The average delay rate was 26.70%, and the delay rate decreased with the increase of students' age (蠂 ~ 2 trend: 14.46%, P 0.01). Conclusion the reported incidence of tuberculosis among students in Nanjing is decreasing. Students aged from 15 to 24 years old are the key population of TB prevention and control in Nanjing. It is necessary to strengthen the active detection of tuberculosis cases among students and pay attention to the health education of students' tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge.
