【摘要】：目的:(1)了解烏魯木齊市女性性工作者(FSWs)群體的社會人口學(xué)特征、對艾滋病的認(rèn)知和個人性行為的情況;(2)了解烏魯木齊市FSWs對暴露前預(yù)防用藥(PrEP)預(yù)防艾滋病的接受程度及影響因素;(3)研究FSWs對PrEP的具體需求。方法:采取橫斷面調(diào)查設(shè)計(jì),選擇烏魯木齊市某區(qū)的娛樂場所,對自愿參加調(diào)查的FSWs進(jìn)行面對面訪談,填寫匿名調(diào)查問卷,對研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行單因素分析和Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果:(1)共調(diào)查433名FSWs,平均年齡為25.32±5.24歲。關(guān)于艾滋病傳播途徑及預(yù)防知識的總體知曉率為77.55%,發(fā)生商業(yè)性行為時安全套的使用率為87.85%;(2)59.12%的人愿意使用PrEP,研究顯示認(rèn)為自己沒有感染艾滋病的風(fēng)險、擔(dān)心藥物的副作用是不愿使用PrEP的原因,Logistic回歸分析顯示FSWs對自身感染艾滋病的估計(jì)以及對艾滋病病人態(tài)度是影響艾滋病預(yù)防用藥使用意愿的主要因素;(3)對PrEP的關(guān)注主要是藥物的安全性、有效性及費(fèi)用,35.55%人認(rèn)為使用PrEP可能會受到別人歧視,67.06%的人愿意為PrEP支付100元以上/月,有71.62%的人愿意每天都使用PrEP,11.94%的人會出現(xiàn)性行為的去抑制,57.42%表示希望通過醫(yī)務(wù)人員的宣傳獲得PrEP知識,藥物的獲取地點(diǎn)最好為當(dāng)?shù)丶膊☆A(yù)防控制中心或縣(區(qū))級以上醫(yī)院。結(jié)論:烏魯木齊市FSWs關(guān)于艾滋病的知曉率較高;該人群PrEP接受性好,藥物的安全性、自身艾滋病危險的估計(jì)和對艾滋病感染者歧視態(tài)度是影響PrEP使用的主要因素;FSWs最關(guān)注PrEP的安全性、效果及費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the social demographic characteristics of female sex workers (FSWs) in Urumqi. (2) to understand the acceptance of FSWs in Urumqi to prevent HIV / AIDS and its influencing factors. 3) to study the specific demand of FSWs for PrEP. Methods: a cross-sectional investigation design was adopted to select entertainment places in a certain district of Urumqi. The FSWs who volunteered to participate in the investigation were interviewed face to face. The anonymous questionnaire was filled out. The results were analyzed by single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis. Results the average age of 433 FSWs was 25.32 鹵5.24 years old. The overall awareness rate of AIDS transmission routes and prevention knowledge was 77.55. The condom use rate at the time of commercial sex was 87.85% and 59.12% of the people were willing to use PrEP.The study showed that they did not think they were at risk of contracting AIDS. Logistic regression analysis shows that FSWs's estimation of HIV / AIDS infection and attitude towards AIDS patients are the main factors influencing the willingness to use drugs to prevent HIV / AIDS. Note mainly on the safety of drugs, Effectiveness and cost 35.55% of people think that using PrEP may be discriminated against by others 67.06% are willing to pay more than 100 yuan per month for PrEP. There were 71.62% people willing to use PrEPN 11.94% every day to prevent sexual behavior and 57.42% said that they hoped to obtain PrEP knowledge through the propaganda of medical personnel, and the best place to obtain drugs was local CDC or county (district) hospital. Conclusion: the awareness rate of FSWs about AIDS in Urumqi is high, the PrEP acceptance of this population is good, and the drug is safe. The risk of HIV / AIDS and attitude towards HIV / AIDS are the main factors influencing the use of PrEP. FSWs are most concerned about the safety, effectiveness and cost of PrEP.
