【摘要】：目的探測(cè)1996-2014年南寧市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)/街道辦事處尺度上,艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者的時(shí)空聚集性,為南寧市HIV的防控提供科學(xué)參考。方法從鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)/街道辦事處尺度上,對(duì)1996-2014年南寧市HIV新發(fā)報(bào)告率用泊松模型的時(shí)空掃描統(tǒng)計(jì)量進(jìn)行小尺度時(shí)空聚集性探測(cè),并用地理信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)探測(cè)結(jié)果的可視化。結(jié)果 1996-2014年,南寧市HIV感染共存在5個(gè)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的高發(fā)性時(shí)空聚集區(qū)。其中一級(jí)聚集區(qū)為賓陽縣賓州鎮(zhèn),始于1999年,止于2002年[對(duì)數(shù)似然比(LLR)=119.02,相對(duì)危險(xiǎn)度(RR)=7.08,P0.001];次級(jí)聚集區(qū)分別包括:1)以良慶區(qū)那馬鎮(zhèn)為中心,共28個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)/街道,聚集于2003-2008年的次級(jí)聚集區(qū)Ⅰ(LLR=63.04,RR=1.35,P0.001);2)以橫縣甘棠鎮(zhèn)為中心,共14個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),聚集于2013-2014年的次級(jí)聚集區(qū)Ⅱ(LLR=51.65,RR=1.71,P0.001);3)以馬山縣周鹿鎮(zhèn)為中心,共47個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),聚集于2010-2014年的次級(jí)聚集區(qū)Ⅲ(LLR=43.82,RR=1.21,P0.001);4)以橫縣橫州鎮(zhèn)為中心,共2個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),聚集于2000-2007年的次級(jí)聚集區(qū)Ⅳ(LLR=35.18,RR=1.75,P0.001)。結(jié)論時(shí)空掃描統(tǒng)計(jì)量可以較好地揭示南寧HIV感染的時(shí)空聚集性,相關(guān)部門應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)對(duì)HIV時(shí)空高發(fā)聚集區(qū)的防控工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the spatial and temporal aggregation of HIV / AIDS infected persons in the township / street offices of Nanning from 1996 to 2014, and to provide a scientific reference for the prevention and control of HIV in Nanning.
