【摘要】：目的了解嘉興市中學生交通傷害相關行為流行現狀,為預防和控制中學生交通傷害的發(fā)生提供科學依據。方法采用分層整群抽樣的方法,抽取嘉興市3個縣(市、區(qū))26所學校,50個班級的1 968名初一至高三學生,采用自我管理式問卷進行調查。結果在過去30 d中,中學生報告機動車駕駛率為10.47%,男、女生機動車駕駛率分別為14.24%,6.42%,差異有統計學意義(χ2=32.09,P0.01)。乘坐過小型汽車或出租車前排的中學生中,從不佩戴安全帶發(fā)生率為47.36%,男、女生分別為48.36%,46.24%,差異無統計學意義(χ2=0.72,P0.05)。在過去12個月騎過自行車的中學生中,報告騎自行車違章發(fā)生率為22.54%,男、女生分別為28.96%和15.61%,差異有統計學意義(χ2=49.25,P0.01)。結論嘉興市中學生存在交通違規(guī)現象,應加強交通安全教育,強化監(jiān)管,減少交通傷害的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of traffic injury related behaviors among middle school students in Jiaxing, and to provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling traffic injury among middle school students. Methods using stratified cluster sampling, 1 968 junior high school students from 26 schools and 50 classes in Jiaxing city were investigated by self-management questionnaire. Results in the past 30 days, the motor vehicle driving rate reported by middle school students was 10.47, and the motor vehicle driving rate of boys and girls was 14.24 and 6.42, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 32.09 / P _ (0.01)). The incidence of never wearing seat belts was 47.36 in the middle school students who had been in the front row of small cars or taxis, 48.36 in boys and 46.24in girls, respectively. There was no significant difference between them (蠂 2, 0.72, P 0.05). In the past 12 months, the incidence of bicycle violation was reported to be 22.54, 28.96% for boys and 15.61% for girls, respectively (蠂 ~ 2 = 49.25) (蠂 ~ 2 = 49.25) (P < 0.01). Conclusion there are traffic violations among middle school students in Jiaxing, so traffic safety education should be strengthened, supervision should be strengthened and traffic injury should be reduced.
