【摘要】：目的:對(duì)"生長(zhǎng)壯老取決于腎"流行病學(xué)調(diào)查信息采集表(成人用表)的預(yù)調(diào)查進(jìn)行信度和效度評(píng)價(jià)。方法:2010年立冬日開(kāi)始到大寒日結(jié)束,在遼寧、上海、天津3個(gè)地區(qū)多中心,以10-70歲之間獲得知情同意的體檢健康人群為調(diào)查對(duì)象,實(shí)施"生長(zhǎng)壯老取決于腎"流行病學(xué)調(diào)查信息采集表調(diào)查,其中有效樣本165例。結(jié)果:165例有效樣本的年齡為(34.92±16.99)歲,其中男性65例(39.4%),年齡(33.91±16.94)歲;女性100例(60.6%),年齡(35.57±17.08)歲。內(nèi)部一致性信度評(píng)價(jià):男性量表總Cronbach’sα系數(shù)是0.825,女性量表總Cronbach’sα系數(shù)是0.711,說(shuō)明本量表的內(nèi)部一致性良好。分半信度:本研究男性量表的分半信度為0.605,女性量表的分半信度為0.524,結(jié)果較好。校標(biāo)效度:本研究女性量表與SF-36健康狀況調(diào)查問(wèn)卷在總分上具有一定相關(guān)性Spearman’s r=0.44,P0.05,頭發(fā)、耳目、骨牙、四肢肌肉、女性生殖系統(tǒng)、智力及其他癥狀與SF-36量表生理維度具有相關(guān)性,男性二陰二便情況、女性生殖情況、智力、其他癥狀與SF-36量表的心理維度具有相關(guān)性。區(qū)分效度:年齡40歲的男性20例,年齡≤40歲的男性45例,兩組人群分別在頭發(fā)、耳目、骨牙、皮膚、二陰二便、生殖方面有較好的區(qū)分效度。年齡35的女性45例,年齡≤35的女性55例,此兩組人群分別在頭發(fā)、耳目、骨牙、皮膚、智力方面有較好的區(qū)分效度。結(jié)論:"生長(zhǎng)壯老取決于腎"流行病學(xué)調(diào)查信息采集表具有較好的可行性、信度和效度,能夠較好的反映出健康人群隨著生長(zhǎng)壯老不同階段而有著相應(yīng)的外在指征變化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Epidemiological Survey Information Collection Table (adult table). Methods: from the Beginning of Winter's Day 2010 to the end of Greater Cold's Day, in Liaoning, Shanghai and Tianjin, the subjects were the healthy people who obtained informed consent between 10 and 70 years old. The epidemiological information collection table was carried out in which 165 effective samples were collected. Results the effective age of 165 cases was 34.92 鹵16.99 years old, of which 65 cases were male (39.4m), the age was 33.91 鹵16.94 years old, and 100 cases of female patients were 60.6 years old (35.57 鹵17.08) years old. Reliability evaluation of internal consistency: the total Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of male scale was 0.825, the total Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of female scale was 0.711, which indicated that the internal consistency of the scale was good. Split-half reliability: the split-half reliability of male scale and female scale was 0.605 and 0.524 respectively. Calibration validity: there was a certain correlation between the female questionnaire and the SF-36 health questionnaire.
