【摘要】：目的了解濰坊市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒監(jiān)測情況,為指導(dǎo)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)院內(nèi)感染的預(yù)防和控制提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法依據(jù)GB15982-2012和消毒技術(shù)規(guī)范對濰坊市內(nèi)各醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的消毒監(jiān)測檢測情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2013年共檢測99家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)1 295份樣品,總合格率為98.1%。其中空氣合格率為98.7%,醫(yī)護(hù)人員手表面合格率為93.6%(不合格者體現(xiàn)在小型診所),醫(yī)院內(nèi)消毒后物體表面合格率為100%,使用中消毒劑合格率為99.5%,滅菌用品合格率為97.9%。結(jié)論濰坊市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)中,規(guī)模較大醫(yī)院比較注重醫(yī)院消毒工作,而小型診所對消毒管理工作不夠重視,后者應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)在該方面的管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the monitoring of disinfection in medical institutions in Weifang and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in medical institutions. Methods according to GB15982-2012 and technical specification of disinfection, the monitoring and detection of disinfection in medical institutions in Weifang city were analyzed. Results in 2013, 1 295 samples from 99 medical institutions were detected, and the total qualified rate was 98.1%. The qualified rate of air was 98.7, the qualified rate of hand surface of medical staff was 93.6. the qualified rate of disinfectant in hospital was 100, the qualified rate of disinfectant in use was 99.5, and the qualified rate of sterilizing products was 97.9. Conclusion in the medical institutions of Weifang, the larger hospitals pay more attention to the disinfection work in hospitals, but the small clinics pay less attention to the disinfection management, the latter should strengthen the management in this respect.
