高溫干熱處理對(duì)醫(yī)療廢物現(xiàn)場(chǎng)消毒效果觀察

【摘要】:目的研究高溫干熱處理技術(shù)對(duì)醫(yī)療廢棄物的消毒效果。方法采用載體定量殺菌試驗(yàn)方法及空氣微生物采樣器采樣培養(yǎng)方法,對(duì)某城市醫(yī)療垃圾高溫處理法消毒效果及其現(xiàn)場(chǎng)空氣細(xì)菌污染的影響進(jìn)行了觀察。結(jié)果在高溫(干熱)反應(yīng)罐內(nèi)溫度170℃~200℃范圍,80 kPa負(fù)壓條件下作用20 min,可使置于醫(yī)療廢物中不銹鋼載體上和塑料管腔內(nèi)污染的枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值達(dá)到5.0以上。醫(yī)療廢棄物處理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)室內(nèi)空氣中未見(jiàn)細(xì)菌污染超標(biāo)。結(jié)論該高溫干熱處理設(shè)備對(duì)醫(yī)療廢棄物處理殺菌效果好,處理效率較高,對(duì)其周?chē)h(huán)境空氣質(zhì)量無(wú)明顯影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the disinfection effect of high temperature dry heat treatment on medical waste. Methods the method of carrier quantitative germicidal test and sampling and culture of air microorganism sampler were used to observe the disinfection effect of high temperature treatment method of medical waste and the effect of air bacterial pollution on the spot. Results the logarithmic value of Bacillus subtilis var. Niger spores contaminated on stainless steel carrier and plastic tube in medical waste could be increased to more than 5.0 when exposed to 80 kPa negative pressure at the temperature of 170 鈩,
