【摘要】：目的全面掌握《手消毒劑衛(wèi)生要求》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)布后的知曉及使用情況,為后續(xù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂提供相關(guān)建議。方法 2017年3月-2017年7月期間,選擇14家手消毒劑生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、42家疾控及監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)、34家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)和52個(gè)使用家庭及個(gè)人作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用問卷調(diào)查、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、電話調(diào)查、郵件調(diào)查的方法,對(duì)該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的知曉、使用情況以及對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)際使用中存在的問題進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 14家手消毒劑生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對(duì)該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)知曉率為100%;14家企業(yè)均將該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)納入企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系中,9家企業(yè)的技術(shù)管理部門均組織過或組織參加過《手消毒劑衛(wèi)生要求》的相關(guān)培訓(xùn);42家疾控及監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)中,40家機(jī)構(gòu)知曉此標(biāo)準(zhǔn),知曉率95.2%;使用手消毒劑的34家機(jī)構(gòu)中,該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)知曉率為100%;但僅有20家占58.8%使用機(jī)構(gòu)獲得標(biāo)準(zhǔn)全文,14家占41.2%使用機(jī)構(gòu)未獲得標(biāo)準(zhǔn)全文。52個(gè)普通家庭及個(gè)人對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的知曉率為0。結(jié)論手消毒劑使用對(duì)象對(duì)該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的掌握程度不高,需加強(qiáng)宣貫及培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge and usage of the hygienic requirements for hand disinfectants after the publication of the standard, and to provide some suggestions for the revision of the standard. Methods from March 2017 to July 2017, 34 medical institutions and 52 families and individuals were selected from 42 disease control and supervision organizations in 14 hand disinfectant manufacturing enterprises. Questionnaire survey, field investigation and telephone survey were used. The method of mail survey, the knowledge and usage of the standard, and the problems existing in the actual use of the standard. Results the awareness rate of the standard in 14 enterprises of hand disinfectant production is 100%. All 14 enterprises have incorporated the standard into the enterprise quality management system. The technical management departments of 9 enterprises have organized or participated in the hygienic requirements of hand disinfectants. Of the 42 disease control and supervision agencies, 40 are aware of this standard. Among 34 institutions using hand disinfectant, the standard awareness rate was 100, but only 20 institutions obtained the standard full text, 14 out of 14 institutions did not get the full text of the standard, and 52 ordinary families and individuals had an awareness rate of the standard. Conclusion the standard is not well grasped by the users of hand disinfectant, so it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and training.
