【摘要】：目的研究過氧化氫低溫等離子體滅菌效果及影響因素,為科學(xué)使用提供參考。方法采用載體定性培養(yǎng)方法,對不同因素影響低溫等離子體滅菌器的滅菌效果進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究。結(jié)果在常規(guī)的滅菌運(yùn)行程序條件下,將染菌載體置于孔徑1 mm、長度1 000 mm的管腔內(nèi),30份枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢全部達(dá)到滅菌,30份嗜熱脂肪桿菌芽孢中有23份達(dá)到滅菌。在孔徑1 mm,長度為150 mm和1 000 mm的管腔內(nèi)放置嗜熱脂肪桿菌芽孢染菌載體,經(jīng)常規(guī)滅菌程序處理,150 mm管腔內(nèi)30份染菌載體中24個達(dá)到滅菌,1 000 mm管腔中只有10個達(dá)到滅菌。分別在兩端相通和一端盲管的150 mm管腔內(nèi)各放30份嗜熱脂肪桿菌芽孢染菌載體,結(jié)果相通管腔內(nèi)23份達(dá)到滅菌,盲管內(nèi)14個達(dá)到滅菌;1 mm孔徑管腔內(nèi)14個達(dá)到滅菌,2 mm孔徑的管腔內(nèi)有23個達(dá)到滅菌。結(jié)論嗜熱脂肪桿菌芽孢對過氧化氫低溫等離子體抗力強(qiáng)于枯草桿菌黑色變種芽孢;管腔孔徑和長度影響低溫等離子體滅菌效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the sterilization effect and influencing factors of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma, and to provide reference for scientific application.Methods the effect of different factors on the sterilizing effect of low temperature plasma sterilizer was studied by carrier qualitative culture method.Results under the normal sterilization procedure, the carrier was placed in the pore diameter of 1 mm and the length of 1 000 mm in the tube cavity. All 30 spores of Bacillus subtilis var. Niger were sterilized and 23 of the 30 spores of adipose thermophilic bacteria reached sterilization.In the tube with diameter of 1 mm, length of 150 mm and 1 000 mm, the carrier of Bacillus thermophilus spores was placed in the tube cavity. Only 10 of the 30 carriers in 150 mm tube cavity were sterilized by routine sterilization procedure.In 150 mm tube with both ends connected and one end blind tube, 30 spores carriers of adipobacter thermophilus were put into each other, and 23 of them were sterilized in the same tube.In 14 cavities with sterilizing diameter of 1 mm in diameter, 23 reached sterilization in 14 cavities with a diameter of 2 mm in the blind tube.Conclusion the resistance to hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma is stronger than that of Bacillus subtilis var. Niger, and the diameter and length of tube cavity affect the sterilizing effect of low temperature plasma.
