【摘要】：目的考察2010年全國麻疹強化免疫活動(簡稱"強免")在北京市適齡流動兒童中的覆蓋率及其影響因素,為制定改善流動兒童預(yù)防免疫的干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù)。方法本研究基于相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)上的自編問卷,于2011年春運期間在北京各大火車站、汽車站對流動兒童家長進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性和多元邏輯回歸分析。結(jié)果在589個(8個月~14周歲)流動兒童的有效樣本中,麻疹強免接種率為83.4%。在家里或上幼兒園、無兄弟姐妹、父母不知曉麻疹強免活動、父母對活動信任度低的兒童不接受強免的可能性較高。結(jié)論流動兒童仍面臨麻疹預(yù)防接種不足的風(fēng)險。為提高流動兒童預(yù)防免疫的覆蓋率,一方面要繼續(xù)發(fā)揮教育機(jī)構(gòu)的積極作用,另一方面要加強社區(qū)層面針對流動人口的公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)遞送的能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the coverage rate and its influencing factors of measles intensive immunization activities in Beijing in 2010, so as to provide the basis for making intervention measures to improve the prevention and immunization of migrant children.Methods based on the self-designed questionnaire, the parents of migrant children were investigated at the railway stations and bus stations in Beijing during the Spring Festival transportation in 2011, and the data were analyzed by descriptive and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results among 589 floating children aged from 8 months to 14 years old, the rate of strong immunization against measles was 83.4%.In the home or kindergarten, no siblings, parents do not know the measles campaign, parents with low trust in the activities of children are more likely not to accept the strong immunity.Conclusion floating children still face the risk of insufficient measles vaccination.In order to improve the immunization coverage of migrant children, on the one hand, we should continue to play an active role in educational institutions, on the other hand, we should strengthen the ability of delivering public health services to the floating population at the community level.
