【摘要】：目的分析2013-2016年上海市靜安區(qū)水痘聚集性疫情中兒童接種1劑次水痘減毒活疫苗(Varicella attenuated live vaccine,VarV)的保護(hù)效果(Vaccine effectiveness,VE)。方法收集2013-2016年靜安區(qū)所有發(fā)生水痘聚集性疫情學(xué)校和托幼機(jī)構(gòu)的兒童VarV接種和水痘發(fā)病信息,分析VarV的VE。結(jié)果在5 309名觀察對象中,接種和未接種VarV者中的水痘病例分別占5.5%(252/4 586)、9.4%(68/723)。接種1劑次VarV的總VE為44.0%(95%CI:25.9%-57.7%);VE隨接種年限延長而降低,接種滿3年后VE下降明顯,接種滿8年后VE已無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 1劑次VarV的VE較差,建議兒童在1歲和4歲進(jìn)行2劑次VarV常規(guī)免疫。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the protective effect of vaccine effectivities on children vaccinated with 1 dose of live attenuated varicella attenuated live varicella varicella live varicella virus in chickenpox agglomeration epidemic situation in Jing'an District of Shanghai from 2013 to 2016.Methods the information of VarV vaccination and chickenpox incidence in all chickenpox agglomeration schools and nurseries in Jing'an District from 2013 to 2016 were collected and analyzed.Results among 5 309 observed subjects, the proportion of varicella cases in vaccinated and uninoculated VarV patients was 5.5 / 252P / 4586 / 9.40.68 / 723g respectively.The total VE of the first dose of VarV was 44.0% and 95% CI: 25.9-57.7%. The VE decreased with the extension of inoculation time. After 3 years of inoculation, the VE decreased obviously, but after 8 years of inoculation, there was no significant difference in VE.Conclusion VE of the first dose of VarV is poor. Children aged 1 and 4 years should be given 2 doses of routine VarV immunization.
