【摘要】：目的了解江蘇省2006-2015年流行性腮腺炎流行病學(xué)特征,為進一步控制流行性腮腺炎疫情提供依據(jù)。方法對江蘇省2006-2015年報告的流行性腮腺炎病例資料用描述流行病學(xué)方法進行分析。結(jié)果江蘇省2006-2015年流行性腮腺炎發(fā)病率在7.19/10萬~24.34/10萬之間,年平均發(fā)病率為14.33/10萬,其中2012和2013年為高發(fā)年份,報告發(fā)病率分別為24.22/10萬和24.34/10萬,冬、春季節(jié)為高發(fā)季節(jié),鎮(zhèn)江市、蘇州市、南京市的年平均發(fā)病率較高,分別為24.45/10萬、23.49/10萬、18.9/10萬,流行性腮腺炎高發(fā)年齡為5~14歲,學(xué)生是主體發(fā)病人群,暴發(fā)疫情177起,均發(fā)生在學(xué)校。結(jié)論應(yīng)對重點人群采取相應(yīng)措施,有效控制流行性腮腺炎的暴發(fā)和流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Jiangsu province from 2006 to 2015, and to provide evidence for further control of epidemic situation of mumps.Methods the data of mumps cases reported from 2006 to 2015 in Jiangsu Province were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology.Results from 2006 to 2015, the incidence of mumps in Jiangsu Province was between 7.19 / 100,000 and 243.4 / 100,000, with an average annual incidence of 143,300 / 100,000, of which 2012 and 2013 were high incidence years. The reported incidence rates were 24.22 / 100 million and 24.34 / 100 million, respectively. The winter and spring seasons were high incidence seasons, Zhenjiang City.In Suzhou and Nanjing, the annual average incidence rate was relatively high, respectively, 244.5 / 100 000, 2349 / 100 000 or 18.9 / 100, 000, and the high incidence of mumps was 5 to 14 years old. The students were the main diseased population, and 177 outbreaks occurred in schools.Conclusion measures should be taken to control the outbreak and epidemic of mumps.
