【摘要】：目的 :改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)的引力法,更科學(xué)地測(cè)算并可視化表達(dá)醫(yī)療服務(wù)地理可及性。方法 :以上海為樣本地區(qū),收集、整理行政區(qū)劃、道路交通、人口分布、醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)等基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),以引力法為基礎(chǔ),按照聚焦問題、修改方法、數(shù)據(jù)模擬、專家論證、完善方法的思路展開研究。結(jié)果 :修正了引力法的計(jì)算公式,使之與Arc GIS軟件操作程序更加配套,進(jìn)而研制了一整套基于引力法思路的可視化表達(dá)醫(yī)療服務(wù)地理可及性的操作步驟。結(jié)論 :基于引力法的醫(yī)療服務(wù)地理可及性可視化表達(dá)方法及實(shí)證研究可為醫(yī)療資源的調(diào)整提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the traditional gravitation method to calculate and visualize the geographical accessibility of medical services more scientifically.Methods: taking Shanghai as the sample area, the basic data such as administrative division, road traffic, population distribution and medical institution were collected and collated, and based on gravity method, according to the focus problem, modified method, data simulation, expert demonstration, etc.The idea of perfecting the method is studied.Results: the calculation formula of gravitation method was modified to match the Arc GIS operating program, and a whole set of operation steps for visualizing the geographical accessibility of medical service was developed based on the idea of gravitation method.Conclusion: the visualization method and empirical study of geographical accessibility of medical services based on gravity method can provide basis for the adjustment of medical resources.
