三磷酸腺苷技術(shù)在器械清洗質(zhì)量控制中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的使用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)調(diào)查復(fù)雜器械的清洗效果,建立器械清洗質(zhì)量的控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),指導(dǎo)臨床工作實(shí)踐。方法選擇耐濕耐熱的復(fù)雜器械共100件,分為A組和B組,A組中50件器械分成5批,每批預(yù)浸泡和超聲中的多酶分別使用新配制、放置1、2、3、4h后的5種不同條件下多酶清洗液,B組中50件器械也分成5批,每批預(yù)浸泡和超聲中的多酶均不更換直至清洗結(jié)束,清洗完成后使用ATP檢測(cè)儀讀取每件器械的RLU值。結(jié)果 A組中50件器械,清洗每批器械均更換多酶,1h內(nèi)配制的多酶清洗20件器械均合格,合格率100.0%,使用放置1~4h的多酶進(jìn)行清洗剩余30件器械,合格26件,清洗合格率在80.0%~90.0%;B組的多酶清洗液一直重復(fù)使用,中間不進(jìn)行更換,清洗的10件器械全部合格,合格率為100.0%,多酶清洗液重復(fù)3次以后清洗的20件器械,均不合格。結(jié)論使用ATP檢測(cè)儀以RLU≤200作為復(fù)雜器械清洗是否合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)能反應(yīng)清洗的效果;多酶清洗液配置好后宜在1h內(nèi)使用,最好現(xiàn)配現(xiàn)用,做到多酶清洗液一次一換。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cleaning effect of complex instruments by using adenosine triphosphate (ATP) rapid detection technique, to establish the quality control standard of cleaning equipment, and to guide clinical practice.Methods A total of 100 complex instruments were selected and divided into two groups: group A and group B, 50 of which were divided into 5 batches.In group B, 50 instruments in group B were divided into 5 batches under 5 different conditions. The RLU values of each batch were not replaced until the cleaning was finished by ATP detector.Results in group A, 50 sets of instruments were cleaned and 20 instruments prepared within 1 hour after cleaning were replaced, and the qualified rate was 100.0.The remaining 30 instruments were washed with multi-enzymes placed for 1h, 26 of them were qualified.The qualified rate of cleaning was 80.090.0in group B, the multi-enzyme cleaning liquid was repeatedly used, no replacement was carried out in the middle, all the 10 cleaning instruments were qualified, the qualified rate was 100.00.The 20 instruments washed after repeated three times with the multi-enzyme cleaning liquid were all unqualified.Conclusion RLU 鈮,
