【摘要】： 《內(nèi)經(jīng)》奠定了中醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。其中,脾胃理論豐富而全面,對現(xiàn)今臨床防治脾胃疾病有重要指導(dǎo)價值。本課題第一部分對《內(nèi)經(jīng)》脾胃理論從生理、病理角度進(jìn)行了歸納整理,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)《內(nèi)經(jīng)》脾胃理論不僅豐富而全面,而且在《素問·五運(yùn)行大論》等篇章提出了脾胃病的發(fā)病具有一定的時間節(jié)律性,本文對此也開展了研究與整理。本課題第二部分研究了古今醫(yī)家對《內(nèi)經(jīng)》脾胃理論的運(yùn)用與發(fā)展,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)后世醫(yī)家在《內(nèi)經(jīng)》的基礎(chǔ)上,在脈象、診斷、用藥、脾胃病發(fā)病的時間節(jié)律方面發(fā)展了《內(nèi)經(jīng)》脾胃理論思想。本課題第三部分對東北三省(長春、沈陽、哈爾濱)六所醫(yī)院的脾胃病發(fā)病情況進(jìn)行了流行病學(xué)調(diào)查研究,對收集的數(shù)據(jù)按照季節(jié)節(jié)律(五運(yùn)節(jié)律)、六氣節(jié)律、月節(jié)律進(jìn)行了整理,對脾胃疾病的季節(jié)節(jié)律和六氣節(jié)律進(jìn)行了柱狀圖的分析,對月節(jié)律運(yùn)用了圓形分布的統(tǒng)計方法進(jìn)行了研究。統(tǒng)計結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)東北三省脾胃病發(fā)病呈逐年遞增趨勢,在月節(jié)律上多集中在3-4月份。這個研究結(jié)果為進(jìn)一步總結(jié)地域脾胃疾病發(fā)病規(guī)律提供新的思路,對今后臨床防治脾胃疾病具有重要價值。
[Abstract]:The Internal Classic laid the foundation for the development of TCM.Among them, the theory of spleen and stomach is rich and comprehensive, which has important guiding value in preventing and treating diseases of spleen and stomach.In the first part of this thesis, the theory of spleen and stomach is summarized and arranged from the physiological and pathological aspects. The study shows that the theory of spleen and stomach is not only abundant but also comprehensive.Moreover, it is pointed out that the pathogenesis of spleen and stomach disease has a certain time rhythm in the chapter of "the Great Theory of the five Operation of Su-wen", which is also studied and sorted out in this paper.The second part of this paper studies the application and development of the theory of spleen and stomach by ancient and modern physicians.The time rhythm of spleen and stomach disease developed the theory of spleen and stomach.The statistical results showed that the incidence of spleen and stomach disease increased year by year in the three provinces of Northeast China, and the monthly rhythm was mostly concentrated in March and April.The results of this study provide new ideas for further summing up the pathogenesis of regional diseases of spleen and stomach, and have important value for clinical prevention and treatment of diseases of spleen and stomach in the future.
