【摘要】：目的了解河南省醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)法定傳染病疫情報(bào)告質(zhì)量現(xiàn)況,為制定針對(duì)性傳染病疫情信息報(bào)告管理措施提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用多級(jí)抽樣方法在全省范圍內(nèi)抽取60家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)展調(diào)查。結(jié)果全省醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)傳染病總漏報(bào)率為3.18%,乙類(lèi)傳染病漏報(bào)率為2.59%,丙類(lèi)傳染病漏報(bào)率為3.77%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=0.606,P=0.436);各類(lèi)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)間漏報(bào)率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.164 2);門(mén)診和住院部的漏報(bào)率分別為2.73%和4.14%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=0.747,P=0.387);全省總體及時(shí)報(bào)告率為95.95%,各類(lèi)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.876 6);個(gè)案信息的完整率、準(zhǔn)確率和一致率分別為91.84%、80.42%和83.68%,其中醫(yī)院和衛(wèi)生院的完整率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=13.935,P=0.000)。結(jié)論河南省醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)法定傳染病疫情信息報(bào)告工作仍存在不少問(wèn)題,各地應(yīng)采用各種措施和手段進(jìn)一步提高報(bào)告質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of the report quality of epidemic situation of epidemic diseases in medical institutions in Henan Province and to provide theoretical basis for making the management measures of information report on epidemic situation of targeted infectious diseases.Methods A multi-stage sampling method was used to investigate 60 medical institutions in the province.Results the total unreported rate of infectious diseases in medical institutions was 3.18, that of Class B infectious diseases was 2.59 and that of Class C infectious diseases was 3.770.The difference was not statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 = 0.606, P ~ (0.43636)), there was no significant difference between different medical institutions (P ~ (0.164) ~ 2).The rate of missing report in hospital was 2.73% and 4.14, respectively, the difference was not statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 0.747 / P ~ (0.387)), the overall timely reporting rate of the whole province was 95.95 and there was no significant difference between various medical institutions (P ~ (0.8766)), and the complete rate of case information was not significant.The accuracy rate and the consistent rate were 91.84% and 83.68%, respectively. There was significant difference in the complete rate between hospital and health center (蠂 2 = 13.935%, P < 0.000).Conclusion there are still many problems in the reporting of epidemic situation of statutory infectious diseases in medical institutions in Henan Province, and various measures and means should be adopted to further improve the quality of reports.
