【摘要】： 目的：研究解脲支原體(Ureaplasma urealyticum，Uu)在健康幼兒泌尿生殖道中的檢出情況與分群分型，以探討Uu在該人群泌尿生殖道中的分子流行病學(xué)情況。 方法：收集健康幼兒尿液400例，將離心后的尿沉渣直接接種于解脲支原體液體選擇性培養(yǎng)基進(jìn)行初篩，初篩陽性的標(biāo)本用PCR法進(jìn)行分群。對(duì)Uu一群的標(biāo)本再用PCR法及酶切法進(jìn)一步分型。采用SPSS12.5統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件包進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果：400例健康幼兒中Uu液體培養(yǎng)陽性36例，PCR擴(kuò)增陽性32例(8.00％)，4例未擴(kuò)增。其中單純生物一群23例(71.88％)，單純生物二群7例(21.88％)，兩群混合2例(6.24％)。生物一群中1型7例(21.88％)，6型11例(34.38％)，3／14型4例(12.50％)，混合型1例(3.12％)。252例男嬰中陽性12例(4.76％)，148例女嬰中陽性20例(13.51％)，兩組陽性率差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(x~2=9.70，，P＜0.01)。 結(jié)論：解脲支原體在健康幼兒泌尿生殖道中的攜帶率為8.00％，分離的Uu以生物一群為主；女性幼兒Uu檢出率高于男性幼兒；Uu可能屬于人體的一種共生微生物。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the detection and classification of Ureaplasma Ureaplasma Ureaplasma Ure@@. Methods: the urine samples of 400 healthy children were collected, and the urine sediment after centrifugation was inoculated directly into Ureaplasma Urealyticum liquid selective medium for primary screening. The positive samples were divided into groups by PCR method. The samples of UU group were further classified by PCR method and enzyme digestion method. The statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS12.5 statistical software package. Results among the 400 healthy children, 36 cases were positive for UU liquid culture, 32 cases were positive for PCR amplification, and 4 cases were not amplified. Among them, 23 cases were simple biological group (23 cases), 7 cases were simple biological group 2 (21.88%), 2 cases were mixed group (2 cases), 2 cases were mixed with two groups, 7 cases were type 1 in biological group, 7 cases were type 21.88. 11 cases (34.38%) were divided into 3 / 14 type (n = 4), 12.50% (n = 4), 1 case of mixed type (n = 1), 3.12% (n = 2). Among 252 male infants, 12 cases were positive (n = 12) and 20 cases (n = 20) were positive in 148 female infants. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion: the Ureaplasma Urealyticum carrying rate in the urogenital tract of healthy children is 8.00, the isolated UU is mainly biological group, the detection rate of Ureaplasma Urealyticum in female children is higher than that in male infants, and the Ureaplasma Urealyticum may be a symbiotic microorganism in human body.
